If you are traveling to Miami and enjoy fine cigars, make Cuba Tobacco Cigar a must stop on your list. Owned and operated by a father and son ( Pedro and Peter Bello), they carry a complete line of fine cigars, tobacco accessories, and cuban coffee. Plus it is the only shop in little Havana that has their own staff that hand-roll cigars ( their main man Alfredo got a two page write up in the Wall Street Journal last November). Peter and his wife Theresa run the day to day operation and father Pedro can often be seen sitting outside chatting up the tourists. If you get a chance to talk with Peter ( he is often busy as the shop is a major attraction with various tour groups) you will find him friendly and personable and a wealth of information on Little Havana and places to dine and visit. You might even get to enjoy a real cup of cuban coffee with him. Their shop ships goods to anywhere in the country. Well worth the visit even if you are not a cigar smoker!!
