“Beautiful but Clueless”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 30, 2014

This place is gorgeous and if I were reviewing it only based on its decor, art, and live music, I would give it 5 stars. But they also serve food and drinks and herein comes the service. Unfortunately, the service is pretty bad.

We had a Groupon for tapas and 2 drinks for 2 people and they were completely confused. Noone could read English, so I ended up spending about 15 minutes of my time giving them an impromptu Groupon lesson.

If you have a Groupon, beware. If you're going to eat, you might consider eating elsewhere, and if you're into wine, just know they are not. Our red wine was warmer than a Miami summer day.

“Amazing Place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 28, 2014

Went to Cuba Ocho in Little Havana – what an amazing find. We had got on one of those hop on hop off buses and decided to have a stroll through Little Havana (love this place)
We accidentally missed the bus back and had to wait 30 minutes for the next one and so stumbled across this place for a beer. They gave us lovely authentic Cuban beer and we chatted with lots of the locals. The place itself was beautiful, decked out with really expensive, interesting paintings and furniture and even some of Frank Sinatra’s furniture. They had a little courtyard in the middle with a little fountain also. We were advised they had excellent dance nights here, and music nights and was a shame we didn’t get to go to one. The lady behind the bar was really friendly and all together this place was one of the highlights of my stay in Miami. Needless to say we missed the next 4 buses before leaving to get one of the last buses  (by the way the photo above that someone has posted is not the same place)

“A great night!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2012

We were here for the Latin Jazz Violin Festival and it was an unforgetable night. The customer service, both over the phone and at the place, was fantastic. My fiance' plays the violin so we were very furtune to see such a great show on Saturday night with Federico Britos and Nicole Yarling. We truly enjoyed the night and such great talent. Waiting for next year festival.....
