we stayed 2 nights at the hampton, and the second evening we realized we needed to replace an electronic component before boarding our cruise the next morning. carolina at front desk and eric the concierge were most helpful in finding the information we needed, in contacting the store, and in planning our metrorail route to and from the store. as tourists, we would have been totally at a loss without their quick response, they went above and beyond in our opinion!

oh yes, and the rooms are clean, spacious and comfy, the breakfast plentiful, fresh and tasty.
i'd stay here again in a flash!

Stayed for 2 nights on business and then a further 4 on vacation. This is a seriously good hotel. Arrived at 2am due to Hurricane Sandy. Reception very helpful and wide awake. Excellent room on the 8th floor which had everything we wanted and was quiet. Cleaned to a high standard everyday.
Breakfast was plentiful and free, unlike most hotels in the US. Ok so its not the greatest food you will get and its on plastic plates with plastic knives and forks but for free who could complain?
Free internet provided as a Hilton member and that worked well with a fast broadband speed.
The hotel is a minutes walk from the Metromover which is a free train service around Downtown and seems to run every couple of minutes. Also next to Metro rail which costs $2 per journey and goes to the Airport and most parts of Miami. Right around the corner is Brickell village with a vast array of restaurants and is lively at night time.
This hotels is certainly right up there as one of the best value for money hotels I have stayed in.

Stayed 2 nights for work. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the bartender, Briana. I'm a Hilton Honors Gold member, so I stay at a lot of hotels and this was one of the best. Located withing walking distance to many great restaurants and shops, it was an ideal location even just for a short trip. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

I stayed here 6 nights in October for business. I was in a corner king studio. The room was spacious, clean, well decorated and basically new. The green features of the room and hotel are a nice touch. Transportation is a 1 minute walk away, and lots of restaurants etc around the area. The staff was very helpful and courteous.
i wish all hotel and their rooms was like this Hampton Suites! Would definitely stay here again.
