From Check-in to check-out the staff at the Hampton Inn Brickell really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. What ever we needed, directions to a movie theatre, restaurant recommendations for dinner, they were able to provide. This hotel is in a superb location with tons of bars and restaurants in walking distance. If you are in the city and don't have a car you can hop the free Metro to downtown Miami or even take the train to Dadeland Mall. Hampton Inn Brickell is also on the bus and tram routes so getting around is easy. The complimentary breakfast buffet kept us busy tourist nourished for most of the day, it was a wide variety on offer with something for everyone. At the end of the busy day the hotel pool / spa was the perfect place to relax tired muscles. Five star experience totally deserves to be Tripadvisor's#1 Miami Hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here on 7/25-7/27 and was thoroughly impressed. This property is only 8 months old. Every one of the personnel are very professional and happy to be there which means they treat you, the customer, very well. Contemporary and comfortable accomodations and common areas. The breakfast area is awesome as well as the daily offerings. The lounge and pool area (6th floor) is cool. Do not be intimidated by the downtown location, it is easy to get in and out of. Downtown Miami is kind of neat. Check in tip: The Hotel is on top of their 5 story parking garage. Pull into the garage, get your parking pass (bring it to check in), park on any level near the elevator, and check in at the 6th floor lobby. Very easy. BTW, don't bother looking for street parking because there is none nearby. This property is suited for business and family.

This 9 month old property lives up to previous posts.

It's clean. it's well-designed and stylish. Staff is very helpful. And as a Hilton Gold Member I got a complimentary upgrade to a king suite!

It's also only a few short blocks to Brickell Village where there are many restaurants to choose from after a long day's work.

Parking is easy (though $18/night). Neighborhood is safe.

I have stayed in much more expensive hotels in the area and nothing compares to this Hampton Inn. Best I've stayed in of the chain.

You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

This is the best Hampton Inn and Suites I have ever stayed in as a Hilton Honors member. The rooms are immaculate and beautiful. The beds are comfortable, as is usual with all Hamptons. It has great views. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast has many choices and everything was fresh and constantly being refilled. It had a nice pool on the 6th floor as well as a pool bar. It is located in the Mary Brickell area (Financial District) near trendy bars and restaurants and it's only a short drive to Miami South Beach.

If only all Hampton Inns were this great, no one would stay anywhere else!

Room Tip: Ask for a south facing room on a high floor for the best views.

Free breakfast, nice hotel with great views, and free breakfast. Doesn't get any better than that. I've stayed here for maybe 12 nights this month for work. Won't stay anywhere else when I come to Miami.

Entering the hotel we were confronted with the first problem. We had seven suitcases. We were dropped at the front door by the taxi that indicated to the concierge that we would need help. But unfortunately the concierge did nothing. Just stood there and watched us. We dragged our bags to the elevator and then went to the 6th floor where once again I had to drag the bags from the elevator to reception. No one offered any help.
We asked reception for a porter and they said they don't have porters. I asked how we would get our bags from the elevator to the room. After signing in we still had to ask for a trolley to put our bags on. Only then did the receptionist get a trolley for us.
The next negative thing we experienced was the noise. It seemed to be that there was a general consensus that it was ok to speak loudly in the hallways at all hours of the night. Also the doors are designed very badly and they can't be closed quietly. They slam.
We rang and complained about the neighbors noise and they moved us to the top floor. Unfortunately the noise was even worse and there was no attempt even at 3am in the morning to ask the patrons to be considerate. We were kept awake the entire night because the doors would slam every hour or so and the loud guests returning to their room after partying in the hotel bar. It is one of the worst experiences we've ever had in a hotel and we have traveled in third world countries.

The customer service at your hotel is top notch! I recently stayed there for 2 weeks on business and can't get over how great everyone is. From the warm welcoming smiles from Caro at the front desk when you arrive, to the wonderful and very attentive bartender Briana in your very stylish bar, to the delicious breakfasts every morning. Everything was perfect! I will stay here on business and for personal trips again and again. Great job, keep up the good work.
