My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, and always greeted us with a warm smile. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay near shopping and restaurants.

Recently stayed here for a few nights and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room (despite being of older construction and furnishing) and the responsiveness of the staff. There was only one noise problem I encountered but the front desk staff quickly addressed and corrected the issue before I lost too much sleep. The breakfast options were plentiful but, unfortunately, not the best tasting compared to other Hampton Inns I've stayed at. However, for the money, the value was very good and overall I would recommend this to others visiting Miami.

I have stayed at this hotel twice & it is not bad. If you are working on a budget and travelling for business it can be ideal. The carpets are a bit outdated but the rooms are clean, there is free WiFi, free continental breakfast. The airport shuttle service (although free) is tardy. The shuttle is not marked and it is a nightmare finding the driver.

Having grown up in Miami, I usually stay with family when visiting the area. When necessity required staying at a hotel on our latest visit, we booked this Hampton Inn since my wife and son had a favorable stay there 6 years earlier. Things have not changed. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and our request for a quiet room location was honored perfectly with a room facing the back of the hotel away from any streets or other noise. In fact, trees outside the window gave a very quiet and private feel to the location. Our room was perfectly clean and we appreciated having a sofa in our king study room. The room was very reasonable size, not one of those tiny rooms you find at some big city hotels. The complimentary breakfast was very adequate and constantly refreshed. There is no parking charge unlike the Marriott family properties a few blocks away. This hotel is conveniently located right across the street from a Target store and is within walking distance of the Dadeland Mall and the MetroRail trains linking the area to downtown Miami. A word of caution: It is advisable not to venture out on foot after dark anywhere in Miami.
