This hotel is very near the airport, which is constantly under renovation and next to the highway which is noisy. The road signage was not good going to and from the airport. The rooms were somewhat neglected as we left our food tray outside after the first night arrival and they remained there for twenty-four hours. Made us question the F & B standards. Access to the hotal entrance was a problem as we had to lift our baggage up a flight of steps. I would stay in this location again

I recently spent one night at the courtyard after driving into town to board a cruise ship the next day. The hotel is located close to the port terminal which was a big plus. I checked in around 1am without trouble. The room was simple, quiet, and clean. There was live music nearby as an entertainment option. I had breakfast in the adjacent Marriott which was very good, with good service. The hotel was pricey, but I guess not unreasonable for Miami in March.

Quite worn-down hotel in the Marriott complex. Room was like most older airport hotels, showing many signs of need for a face-lift. We were referred to the adjoining Marriott Hotel for dinner, food very plain. Breakast in the Courtyard in the morning was quite good and included in our room price. All in all a stay which will be easily forgotten.

We stayed here for one night in Feb. 2007 with a group of business colleagues before leaving on a cruise. The company made our reservations for us.
It was clean but basic, the staff were adequate, it was fine for one night.
The entrance with the stairway is still the main entry to the lobby, but there is a ramp right around the side of the building and plenty of handicapped parking.

My real complaint is that this hotel charges you for a minimal breakfast buffet which at most other hotels would be complimentary. Many people did not realize that there was a charge until a bill was presented. For the price this hotel charges for a night's stay, $9.95 for coffee, juice and a small box of Special K is outrageous.
