Desk staff made copies of my credit card and ID. I felt like I was a suspect for a potential crime. The credit card obviously cleared and they knew I was a member of Wyndham Rewards program, so why the exposure of my personal information in a paper file available for ID theft? Bad way to treat a repeat Wyndham customer.
The breakfast service was pathetic. The space was too small for the number of guests and food ran out. The quantity and quality of the breakfast offered was poor. Many guests left to walk to a nearby fast food outlet that was open for breakfast.
