We should have got the key to the apartment at 4 p.m. but we waited until 4:30 p.m. to get the keys just to find out that

- No proper towel racks in the bathroom
- No toilet paper holder
- Light bulb broken in the bathroom and in the living room
- Air vent has never been cleaned in the bathroom (see the attached picture)
- Laundry closet door knob missing
- Wall paint of whole apartment is not finished
- TV does not have HD channels like advertised
- No alarm clock in the unit

We sent Email to Elite Stays customer service and they promised to fix everything right away. That was BS as nobody came. I could not recommed this to anybody looking for a luxury, but it is OK for a short business trip as the building is awesome with excellent pool & spa. Also the locations is great.

We chose this property because of the excellent location, and amenities. I'm going to list the good and the bad below:
Good:
-spaceous
-fully equipped kitchen
-location

Bad:
-HORRIBLE, or should I say, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER from City Elite Stays:
-It all started upon arrival. The parking situation is very confusing. THERE IS NO IN-and-OUT privilege!!!! you have to pay valet parking every time. I was sent all over the property from person to person to get a ticket for my vehicle so that we could go in and out, to no avail. No one knew what was going on.
-No Down comforter (or at least blankets) as stated in their description. When I called their customer service (and this goes any time you call them), someone takes your information and tells you someone will call you back. I called 3 times on friday (every 2 hours) to tell them that we needed comforters, and the 3rd time (at 6 PM) they told me that they were closed for the day and the weekend. They said that they will take my message but there's no guarantee that anyone will call me because they are closed for the weekend. So we have to sleep ALL of our stay with NO comforter OR blanket the whole length of our stay! Definitely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. (no bathrobes either as stated in their description). Hotels.com tried to call them too on our behalf, and even had them leave a message. Still, no solution for us. I had to turn up the AC so that we wouldn't freeze at night.
-the bed had no fitted sheet. Just a plain sheet on the bottom and another one on top, so don't toss and turn while you sleep because the sheets move all over the place underneath you.
-there's only one key per room. Don't dare lose it: They'll charge you $200 to replace it. I didn't, thank goodness, but it's in their info once you come in.

It would have been great if there was any attention or service to the guests. You pay in advance, and are on your own afterward. If you plan to stay here, don't have high expectations.

We were visiting freinds that live in the adjacent building so we got a great rate.The suite was great, incredible bed, huge bathroom! We will back!

BEWARE! IF YOU GO TO ULTRA NEXT YEAR, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!

THEY WILL CANCEL ON YOU TWO DAYS BEFORE YOUR FLIGHT WITH NO EXPLANATION! I made the reservation in November. That is very unprofessional! My friends also booked this hotel separately and also got canceled on. If you do not want to deal with stress then do not book this hotel for Ultra!
