The hotel is beautiful. The rooms have that modern design I really love. The problem is that I travel for work and well, I need to be able to work at the hotel I choose to stay at.
They advertise that they have wireless internet... they really don't. Well, they do, but it never works and the staff is absolutely clueless about it. All the staff will do is connect you with an outsourced 800# call center that will try to troubleshoot the issue. By troubleshoot, they turn the wireless on and off until it works. The modern day hit it with a hammer and hope it works.
Each call lasts about 40 minutes and yes eventually, you may get online. Think about that for a minute if you are a business traveler... 40 minutes of talking to a call center in India every single time you want to get online. Not awesome.
I won't stay here again.
