“A Must Try!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 29, 2013

This tour is impeccable in every way possible. Mirka, our tour guide, was professional, warm, interesting, and knowledgeable. The tour is so well thought out. Starting with ceviche and ending with gelato, the food choices were extensive and perfect portions. The tour is a great blend of food, drink, walking, history, and sightseeing. I've lived in Miami for two years, and have never known about several places or history tidbits that this tour exposed me to. I would definitely suggest this to anyone who wants to taste, feel, see, and learn about Miami Beach!

“Easy-going Foodie Fun - Must-do for All types in SoBe”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 29, 2013

Just had a the pleasure of going on a Foodie tour of SoBe with Grace of Miami Culinary Tours - booked a private Cocktail/Tapas style tour of South Beach as we were in town for a girls weekend and looking for an activity that would get us interacting with the culture and eachother. The private food tour couldn't be more suited and perfect for our needs. There were 10 of us with varied dietary tastes/restrictions and Grace did a phenomenal job balancing our requests! She was easy-going, extremely fun and very knowledgeable - her stops and food picks were amazing and delicious...after the tour, every single one of felt as if we had literally tasted the history and culture of SoBe. The tour lasted 3 hours, the perfect amount of time to enjoy the cocktails and food at a leisurely pace - and even though we requested "smaller" portions, the amount of food was more than ample, in fact we had leftovers to enjoy back at the hotel! I highly recommend you book a tour with Miami Culinary Tours, they are extremely professional and prompt, which just adds to the overall pleasure of dealing with them. The pricing is also extremely reasonable given the quality of the food, drink and tour experience. The food tour is a very unique experience that really turns tourists into travelers, I've always felt that one of the best ways to appreciate and fall in love with a new place is through your tastebuds. Miami Culinary Tour is the perfect way to experience that.

“Great start of our holiday”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 29, 2013

Joined this tour on our first day in Miami Beach, really liked it.
Visited multiple restaurants / cafes for a quick bite, snack or drink, which tasted great and had good variation (although of course, since Miami has such a big Latin American influence, this is the major orientation of the food sampled). The guide was informative and had good skills in keeping the group together, in focus and entertained.

We left with great tips for our stay, and were happy to have had this tour.

“The best of South Beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2013

We booked this tour for our first day in Miami after a cruise. Our guide was Anna, and she was very knowledgable and friendly. The places we visited were all very good, add friendly staff and great food. I'm a very fussy eater and there was only one dish I didn't like (because I don't like fish!) We never felt rushed or bored, the variety of places was spot on.
What we experienced on the tour helped us become familiar with South beach and also gave us ideas of where to visit for the rest of our stay. As described there is a lot of walking so go prepared.
I hope to find this type of tour in other cities as it was top class.

“Little Havana tour the real deal!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 24, 2013

This tour was fantastic and showcased the real flavor of Calle Ocho's cuisine, culture, and history, due to the expert and engaging efforts of our guide, Mirka. She was personable, enthusiastic, professional and just a lot of FUN. She seemed so happy to share her knowledge of Little Havana with us, pointing out along our walking tour a wealth of information on the impact of the Cuban life-style and experience in Miami. The food stops featured delicious Cuban foods. Portions were generous and efficiently served. The group was a perfect size, about 14 people, and Mirka was very helpful on an individual basis as well: calling cabs, taking photos, telling us how we could actually prepare plantains in our own kitchens, offering suggestions for returning in the evening to Little Havana...for me she suggested a cigar shop in South Beach where I could see the cigars being rolled when the place on our tour was closed for a family event. A suggestion: flip the tour so that it ends at the art galleries instead of beginning. Also, would like to see the Versailles restaurant as part of the tour,somehow-- a long walk I know.
