En respuesta a su correo electronico, le quiero comentar que si lee usted correctamente los documentos que se envían al pasajero antes de que realice cualquier tipo de contrato, puede entender aquello de lo cual usted manifiesta no se tiene conocimiento por parte del pasajero. (Primer párrafo)
Con respecto a sus comentarios sobre las cosas malas, estoy en desacuerdo con varios de sus aportes, sin embargo los tendremos en cuenta todos para implementarlos en nuestros planes de mejora, así mimo agradecerle por tomarse el tiempo de escribirlos.
