This was our second stay at the Towers. They basically are apartment units. We rented a 2BDRM unit with a living room and a fully furnished kitchen. Among the POSITIVES: It was nice, secure and spacious and it cost us just as much as a room in a 3 star hotel would, There is a Target next door with a food section which is kind of convenient. The Publix which is not too far away has more options. The location right next to the Dadeland North metro station means that it is directly linked to Miami International airport - a mere $2:50 metro ride on the orange line. Among the NEGATIVES: Some of the kitchen utensils look like they could do be a change of scenery. The coffee in the 7th floor cafe is gratis but well worth a skip. The units facing the Metro can be noisy. An additional NEGATIVE for FLORIDA: One needs to be very watchful about how one crosses the roads. Somehow, it appears as though folks (esp in Miami) do not know (or care) about Pedestrian crossings. .
