A great venue for basketball. The seats are easy to find though some were very high. The line to get in was long but moved along. A good selection of food though a little bit expensive like most stadiums. Staff was very accommodating. Parking can be tough.
I was lucky to get some tickets (thanks stubhub!) for the last pre-season match, Miami Heats vs New Orleans Hornets.
My first live NBA game, a great experience in a great place!
Careful about the parking prices if you go there, best is to walk a couple of blocks and pay less ( up to 30$ to be in the closest parking...)
Do not forget to visit the Heat gift shop before you leave!
I went to the arena to an conference. This place is amazing. The location is perfect becauseits just in front of the bayside mall. I love the museum they have when you enter about the miami heats that are the stars of that arena. They have parking inside the arena so if its raining you can be ok. At the mesanine they have a lt of resaurant options an areas were you can eat cofortly.
Staff very friendly even received tokens for 2 free soft drinks. Easy to get in and find seats. Prices very expensive for a beer. Husbands beer was out of date and they replaced it with a more expensive one.
When we arrived the line was long. But the staff kept us moving thru. They did there security checks and told us where we needed to go. Loved everything! The staff was great! Very helpful team you have tat the arena!
