“Beautiful”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2013

All I can really say is go and see this place. The views are lovely, the inside is a mish mash and nothing compared to a good country house in Europe but for the area it is a cool thing to see and not too expensive.

“OK”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 10, 2013

The gardens didn't seem very well kept when we were there so they disappointed us. We walked around the house, whuch is very nice but left after 90 minutes or so. Just didn't seem worth the admission.

“Simply Beautiful!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 10, 2013 via mobile

The mansion and its grounds are amazing wedding photos were being made by some of the most magnificent sights of the gardens and sea/bay. The mansion is as it was in the early 1900's and plenty of information along the way!

“A flavor of the Versailles”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 9, 2013

Instead of being a usual museum exhibiting art pieces, this place actually shows the interiors and surrounding gardens of a rich person's house. Though perfectly adapted to the Florida contexts, it still leaves a trail of elements typical of the European decoration and layout, including both Italian and French. So if you're into the Chateau de Versailles, I'd bet you'll love it!

“Very formal mansion and formal gardens”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 9, 2013

We didn't have much time, but were able to see all rooms in the mansion. Very fancy place with very formal gardens. Plan to spend about 2 hours here just leisurely walking.
