I Booked this hotel, because the location (Close to the Doral Golf Resort & Spa) and it was the Golf Tournament! Just 3 Blocks Away from the Resort, I've been looking of the reviews, shuttle to the airport was perfect, just call to the hotel upon my arrival, and operator Danny (Later on I just found to out he was the Front Operations Manager) put me on hold while he contact the driver Nelson (another 5 stars Employee) To arrange my pick up, I just wait 30 Mins (Enough for my Cigarette). Good Breakfast, Check out was really smooth thanks to Abby (small area for the amount of people) Clean Room, I did have my room on the 3rd Floor, and everything was perfect, Laundry Service, (Not Free) but guys if want to be treated as a friend and that is the place to be!

Room Tip: I would not look for something else!

Clean room, great shower, good continental breakfast, shuttle to airport or wherever you want to go, clean lobby, pleasant front desk, free wi-fi.

We are a 60 year old retired couple and I've told my husband that I'm done going to creepy hotels to save a buck. Of course we wanted to save a buck so we stayed here and would do it again in a heartbeat. There was public transportation within a 2 minute walk from the hotel and we used it to go downtown everyday. Pay $5 and ride the bus, subway, and people mover all day- what a deal! The Doral Country Club was hosting a PGA tournament and we walked from our hotel to the event. Super convenient and we didn't even know it. Lots of multicultural restaurants and American ones within walking distance or the hotel shuttle will take you there. Even though this hotel is near the airport and you have to travel to see the sights of Miami, you will not be sorry to stay here.

Booked this hotel due to good reviews on most websites and it's location to the airport. Unfortunately my experience was not as good as of the other reviewers. It was not horrible by all means but I would not be staying or recommending this hotel to any of my friends.
The shuttle does collect from the aiport but not at regular intervalls. We called the hotel three times before the shuttle managed to pick us up, twice we were told it'll be approximately 15 minutes and once we were told that he just left the airport (without us).
The clark in the evening during check in seem to be out of his depth which did not help this experience. The morning staff was a lot more together and helpful.
The hotel was not very accomodating regarding bag storage or late check out (only at half the daily rate for the extra 2 hours we needed)

Stayed at this property last week. Just wanted to say that it's some of the staff members that made the stay pleasant. The front desk clerk "Abby", the shuttle driver "Nelson" and the manager on duty were great. Very patient, helpful & kind. All 3 of these employees did a superb job. My room was clean & had everything I needed [iron/board, microwave, fridge, etc] but these staff members took it from average to Very Good. Great Job. Will stay there again next time in Miami.

I chose this hotel because of it's location to the airport, it provided a shuttle, the price, breakfast and outdoor pool. We were returning from a cruise. Many other hotels in the area offerred a shuttle from the Port of Miami to the hotel - this one did not. It cost $40 to get to the hotel. We were early and had to wait for a room. The room was adequate, but poorly maintained and smelled of mildew. Our flight out the next morning was 7am - the hotel's shuttle only ran from 6am and they would not accomodate our need to leave earlier - another $25. No restaurant and nearest ones were a good distance to walk, Breakfast was only served from 7am so that was out too. All and all this lousy hotel ended up costing more than a 4 star hotel! Oh, and planes flew in over head almost every 10 - 15 min! great night's sleep!! Not!

Room Tip: try the Ramada Inn Airport - less money and MUCH better for their accomodations and services

Dear Guest, Sorry To hear about your experience, I would like to get in contact with you regarding this experience and collect more detailed information, Our shuttle service runs from our hotel every hour, sometimes with delay due to traffic conditions eventhough we are just 4 miles from the airport, and due to city regulations and Miami International Airport we are authorize to pick up passengers at the departures level of MIA( Usually Arrivals are located on ground floor of the MIA), I was amazed about your comment in regards to the mildew smell, as our rooms were completely renovated this past december (new carpets, new drapes, new paints and mattress) also I would like to know how you were guided about the restaurants located in the area due to the fact that there is two restaurants across the street from the hotel. Sincerely apologize once again and hope to hear back from you.

Nice room, comfy bed, the bathroom was older, but clean. Breakfast was good and there was lots of choices. Staff was so so. Front desk clerk was rude, but he was very busy. Planie noise is loud and can get annoying.

Room Tip: Bottom floor has to be quieter than the top floor when the planes fly overhead.

Stay one night and leave your car up to 21 days for free. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Excellent room with king bed, microwave etc. Great rates and discounts with fast service.
