“Family Time”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2013

Excellent hotel for families, getaways and couples. The view from the hotel room was beautiful you could see boats in the distance, beautiful view of the buildings and their structure. Had a great time staying here.

I stayed there twice in 2 different years. The apartments are large with nice view, it is very good located. I would recommend for business specially .the financial district is two blocks away , and the beach 10 minutes drive

Room Tip: Take the vip rooms

Shared this hotel with my BF and it was a great stay. The rooms are huge, equipped with kitchen, washing machine and everything you need. Staff were very friendly and helpful. provided buffer with the room and enjoyed it. 5 min away from Bayside Market. Would book again

Only downfall where the slightly outdated furniture and bathroom. This was 30min away from South Beach and had to pay for pricy taxis to get there.

Room Tip: Would say book only if you want a very quiet stay in Miami. Not enough going on during the nighttime...

NEVER STAY HERE. The hotel staff is nasty and rude. They have changed the price of the room on us multiple times. We came for a tour before booking a 2 month stay for business traveling. We were showed a beautiful, clean room. WE WERE GIVEN A DUMP WITH AN ANT PROBLEM. The refrigerator leaks, the bathroom is disgusting, the TV picture is green and cannot be fixed, the stove and microwave are filthy, the maintenance man never came back, could not have been worse.

They refuse to let you talk to the manager and charge $500 for cancelling your long-term reservation. ITS A DUMP.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Valet parking was bit slow but nothing unusual. Very well kept and in a very good location. The best way to get a good room in this hotel is to make sure you tell the front desk what your needs are and they will find something for your needs.

Room Tip: Make sure you tell Front Desk your needs. They will try their best to find something that works best...

We stayed here just one night on our way to Key West and we really liked this place. We had a 2-room suite on the 22nd floor and the view over the bay was just amazing. Parking was included in the rate, very convenient. We had lots of space and a bathroom for each bedroom. Showers in general in the States are rather bad and this was no exception. The breakfast was ok by American standards and it is appreciated that it was included in the rate. Staff in general was friendly, would definately recommend this place to other going to Miami, it is good value for money.

We had booked 2 rooms in Fortune house for 6 days. The room was very clean comfortable , price higher and the staff terribly untipathic. Thats the only two reason why I will sent my mother & my mother in- low in another place next time they are in holiday.High price and people working in that seems u bother them and if u dont look like VIP guest you r not welcome. Thats my idea I have made . I live in Miami and I know much friendly places where to stay in Brickell. Now.

Room Tip: The club brickell 1200 In downtown there are many rooms condo for good value
