I just returned from a weekend stay at Kimpton's Epic Hotel. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received from the staff, particularly the Front Office Manager, Brent McNally. His client service execution was extraordinary. I have accrued over 25 nights at Kimpton hotels over the past three months, my loyalty influenced in large part by the superior service that I have received from Kimpton relative to the other large hotel brands. Brent and the staff have managed to carry that level of personal service to a challenging environment at Epic, a world class hotel where everyone expects best in class. But they have met, and even surpassed that challenge. The front office manager, himself, reached out to me to make sure I was fully accommodated, saying "If there is anything you need, call me directly." That is the kind of service that only VIPs can expect from the very best hotels out there.
