Really nice hotel when it comes to rooms and ambience - here I could give 5 stars but because of not so good service over all - and my comments below it comes to 3..
Some flaws: Restaurant Area 31 was for lunch and breakfast disapointing - slow not especially friendly and not professional service (except for hostess) and food mediocre.Table mats worn down - not all ways clean table.
Pool service bad - you have to go to the pool service everytime you want something (they gave water to people lying next to us without offering any to us several times) and food not so good - dry boring sandwiches.
Cleaning in room could be better - they didnt clean toilets one day and the terrasse was not cleaned - the table outside had spots from chocolate milk or something like that all the time.
If you want often to go to south beach this is not the place - to get your car could take ages everytime (chaotic!!) - especially at night - and taxi is expensive (and expensive to park around south beach).
Concierge allways busy - some of them good and some dont have so much knowledge.
But the decoration of the hotel and the rooms are very nice - also the pool area - so because of this I would stay here again.
