Passed 4 nights in the EPIC hotel, together with a large group of colleagues. I was impressed by the overall quality of the hotel and the service (in most cases). Compliments to the chief not only on the 16th floor, but also for the buffets: reaching this level of quality for more than 100 guests is not an easy task!
Only flaw: the quality of the housekeeping. Cleaning was "so so", and often all but on time (one day, they cleaned my room after 17.00, despite the signal "please clean room" switched on at 8.00.
