“Dolphin Odyssey is fantastic!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2013

My 8 yr old nephew and I had a blast! Expensive but worth every cent. Being an animal lover I was concerned for the dolphins, but they all seemed happy and healthy and it was obvious that the trainers truly care for the animals. Clean locker rooms with private showers & hair dryers so you can shower, change clothing and enjoy the rest of the day at the park watching other shows/attractions. Highly recommend it.

“Love from Hungary to the dolphins/seals”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2013

The site is pretty small but it is friendly. It is strongly recommended for families with small kids. As ecological diver I have found the time useful with the dolphins/seals. The intructors were knowledgeable and commited to have fun for the guests. I loved the facilities.
The shows were also lovely especially with the killer whale!
Warm regards from Hungary / Europe!

“Nice but a bit dated”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

Visiting Miami Seaquarium is bound to be a nice day. It is a bit dated but overall it's still worth the trip. They do have swimming with the dolphins which is a bit pricey and I'm still not sure how I feel about Dolphins in captivity forced to live in a small pool but it is a nice experience.

“Killer Whale stuck in the '50's!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

I went with my family of 5, three kids 9,11 & 17 and we had a great time! First, if it is your first time, don't be put off by the 'stuck in the 1950's' look. it is a bit tired looking, but the shows are super and the Orca sploshing the crowd 8 rows back with its tail is a real highlight.
Small kids will love the Rope sky trail... a great mix of fear and fun!
Food was appalling as usual in these kind of places.... take a picnic.
Entry is expensive.
Now the good stuff... the exhibits are really good, clean and the animals look very well cared-for. We chatted to the staff a lot and enjoyed their enthusiasm and knowledge.
good fun for 4 hours or so.

“Great family experience!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 5, 2013 via mobile

My boys (ages 9,13,15) and I had a blast! We purchased the Odyssey experience, which was expensive, but well worth it! We were up close and interacting with the beautiful, intelligent dolphins and even got to ride along holding their fin. The animals seemed healthy and happy and the trainers were passionate, loving and dedicated to the dolphins. It is a smaller park, but full of many interesting creatures including their resident peacock who had no problem flaunting his gorgeous, colorful feathers. I loved how interactive it was, as opposed to viewing animals behind cages and glass. The staff was so kind and readily available to share many interesting facts about all the animals.
