I have been to Miami Sea Aquarium many years ago and enjoyed the 20mns shows with dolphins, sealions, etc..although the rest of the park had little appeal to me at that time. Since then I have only been in Orlando and I am amazed how most of the parks there find a way to re-invent themselves and still be attractive to visitors that already know these parks from past visits. It is not the case here. Although he show was fun, we saw the 3 best shows with our kids (3 to 11 yrs old) and left the park after them going for lunch somewhere else with kids really unimpressed not to say bored (exception to the 3 years old one). The park overcharges for dolphin experience and dives with fishes (new attractions), which we did not do and charges in addition for kid's plays in toys you would expect to be included in the price. Shows are full of old tricks in small tanks and considering amount of visitors/ tourists, tickets prices, potential, and lack of options for children's fun in Miami in comparisson to Orlando, one would expect they would already have realized it is time to invest/ upgrade and make this park more interesting and attractive.

Thank you for taking the time to review Miami Seaquarium. Our park is much different from those in Orlando, we are not a theme park and would not put ourselves in the same level as the parks in Orlando. We are a great Seaquarium that has been around since the 1950's and we offer fun adventures, entertaining shows and educational demonstrations. From time to time, we offer great promotions on our entrance fee. We hope to see you and your family again in the future.
