This hotel is great for Miami Cruise Port, Biscayne Bay and Downtown as for location is concerned. The Bellman Staff are very service orientated with luggage delivery and recommendations on places to visit and also the Front Desk Staff showed superior guest service and a speedy check in considering there was a large conference going on. I gave a 3 out of 5 on the room because the room had a outstanding view but the furniture is dated and some of the piece showed. And last but not least I gave you a 4 out of 5 because the restaurant took 56 minutes to service our group of 3 for lunch and we only ordered sandwiches. You had a very nice buffet area but nothing offered on the buffet which probably would've helped us by not ordering off the menu for lunch. But the manager Richarde was great with apologizing and assisted with the delivery of out lunch which took 56 minutes and the ice had melted in our beverages but he replenished them as well after serving our lunch orders. Overall great location and very service driven bell staff, front desk and restaurant just get some new furniture in the rooms to be like a REAL HILTON.

We have just been to this hotel for the miami boat show, we booked 2 nights with breakfast. Our room was a corner suite on the 3rd floor with great city views. It was nice to lay in bed at night and see the city lights and bay views from the floor to ceiling glass windows. This hotel is within walking distance to bayside market place with its shops and boat tour/ bus tour attractions, however if you are looking to go to the beach this hotel is too far from south beach but taxis are easy to get and cost $30 to the beach.If you are looking for a hotel close to the cruise terminals this is a perfect way to start or end your trip. The breakfast Buffett offers a good selection.
There is a nice pool and lounge areas, and overall a clean and friendly hotel

Room Tip: Upgrade to a corner suite with windows on 2 sides on the 3 rd floor or higher

The Miami Boat Show is such a great event and we couldn’t be happier that you chose the Hilton Miami Downtown to experience it! With some incredible views of Miami and the best of amenities and comforts, including our unique rooftop pool, our hotel is ideal for any downtown getaway. Bayside Marketplace is indeed a short distance from our front door and for our guests convenience they can enjoy a value conscious choice of public bus transportation to South Beach as well. Stayed here using points for the marathon weekend. Hotel is in a good location. You are within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. They have a parking deck and valet. Our room was large and clean. They even brought up a roll-away bed for our son. I would recommend this hotel.

Just average, but great staff.Check in was very quick,Sven attended me with a smile & was very friendly, I was in my room in less than 5 minutes.The room was clean but I found mold on the bathroom.Also the room could use a little remodeling in the bathroom.I purchased wifi but took a while to get signal,& when it finnally got to me it was weak in signal.On a good note all the staff was helpfull & polite.I also like the view of the skyline of Miami.

Upon arrival we were greated with a very friendly valet staff. You must take an elevator up from main floor to lobby. Took several minutes to find reservation booked months in advance.

Had to ask for Hhonors upgrade, water and internet. This property does not allow Gold Member access to members lounge and floors. (Diamond Only)

Room was slightly dated with minor repairs needed to walls. Dirty lamps, windows, room was dusty.

Overall convient location however disappointing compaired to the expectations of a Hilton Property like Charlotte, St Pete Florida. Both awesome properties and Staff.

We had a beautiful spacious room but had a few minor issues. The outlet in the bathroom was loose and there was carpet tack entering the bathroom, which I stepped on with my bare feet. :-(. The HVAC system was loud. I told management about the issues, and they comped us our breakfast which was delicious.

This hotel is convenient to the Bayside market and the port of Miami, but overall is nothing special. I stay here for business so maybe it is different for personal trips, but the there are a lot of additional expenses e.g breakfast, parking. And the printer service is extremely slow- works for documents up to 5 pages but anything larger would take a long time.

Parking in any city is certainly at a premium but guests of our hotel often enjoy the peace of mind that comes with parking in our secure lot and our valet service does permit for unlimited in and out privileges, which is not found in most other public parking areas.
