We stayed here one night (December 30th) coming from the port in Fort Lauderdale, off one cruise and staying one night to board another the next day. Once you get up to the lobby the hotel is very nice. Our room wasn't ready so we (we are diamond members) went and sat in the concierge lounge on the 15th floor to wait. When the wait was too long we went down to the outdoor restaurant. Food was great and service was a bit slow at first but improved after. By the time we were finished our room was ready. The room was very spacious and clean. Ours was a corner room so we had floor to ceiling windows on two sides. We were lucky and got a huge balcony with a table, 2 chairs and loungers on the 15th floor overlooking the port and the city. It was fantastic. The pool area has a huge shortage of chairs for a hotel this size but the area around there is well kept. Our son enjoyed the large outdoor chess game and played a few games. This hotel is 5 mins from Bayside Marketplace and 5 mins from the port of Miami.

We would stay here again.

We have stayed one night at this hotel before going on a cruise starting in Miami. It is a clean hotel, quiet and comfortable.

We only had the breakfwast buffet and if was very good.

There is an outside pool with a bar. There is not much to do around the hotel. We went to see Braman car dealer to look at the Ferraris, Aston Martins, Bentleys, Rolls Royces, BMWs and, yes, Bugatti.

Behind, not far from the hotel there is a nice park near the water to take a walk.

There is not much to do in the hotel itself, almost no shop. There is free wi-fi in the lobby.

It is a good hotel for those who are flying to Miami a day prior to a cruise departure.

A bit too expensive I think at $299/night but very close to the Miami port(10 minute taxi).

The kids and i Loved this hotel!!! i took the kids to the pool and they loved it. also they have a nice water fall inside the hotel that was nice. the hotel was very clean. i also used the valet parking and it was well worth it. the valet service was fast and the drivers were very nice. the check in went very smooth. the guy was very helpful when it came to providing directions around the hotel. this hotel was very close to the AAA and thats where we was going that evening so that was very helpful. also there is a train service that runs you to the AAA so that can be helpful also.

The room was not clean, carpets old and stained, walls with chipped paint. There was some yellowish dried liquid on the bathroom wall. We asked the concierge at the hotel where we could get some good desert his reply was there is sushi a block down, at this point we asked when does the hotel restaurant close , he didn't know, but told us it was around the corner (actually pretty funny looking back). I would not stay here again.
