“We found Paradise on the East Coast of Florida”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 2, 2013

There are few words to explain just how wonderful our vacation at Seashell Suites, in March, really was. The atmosphere was exquisite, it was charming, breathtaking, and simply beautiful. The rooms were immaculate, the service remarkable and the views.....out of this world! To think that something so peaceful and serene exists here in Florida is unbelievable .......we have already booked our vacation for next year and I am sure that with a little employer persuasion, my husband and I will be back way before next March.......We can't wait to see Wendell, Casey, Crystal and Carol again and join them at this lovely resort, affectionately known as " a piece of heaven". Thank you all for your hospitality! Hope to see you soon......

Room Tip: All the rooms are identical, except for decor......2 bedroom efficiency rooms with fully equipped ki...

If you want high rises and noise and miniature golf and lots of hassle do not stay here. If you want a beautiful beach with towels, chairs, deck, pool and excellently maintained property, this is your place. All 8 units at this small operation have 2 bedrooms, bath, small kitchen and living room. The bathrooms are somewhat small, but serviceable. My daughter and I spent a long weekend here and were totally at home, impressed with the property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay. It is right on FL A1A but in an area that is very low key. We were impressed with the condition the property was in. Everything in the room was spotless, sheets and towels were all cotton, the pool and deck were clean and the grounds were well kept and nicely landscaped. Don't count on fixing dinners for a crowd. The kitchen is small but it worked fine for the 2 of us for breakfasts, lunches and one dinner. There is a counter with seating for 3 that serves as the dining area. There are outdoor gas grills that we used our first night to grill steaks. There is coffee in the morning with packaged baked goods and fruit. A cooler of juices and water is available during the day as well as chips and cookies set out in the afternoon. Washer and dryers are available from about 8 AM to 6 PM. There are pet friendly units and it was fun for my daughter to be able to bring her dog. One parking spot per unit. Very helpful and personable young man as a manager - sorry I don't remember your name. Come and relax.

My family and I went with another family who are our best freinds and we rented two suites at Seashell Suites Resort. We enjoyed all this fine property had to offer, from the breakfast coffee and muffins to the kids having snacks all day. The most striking feature of this property without a doubt has to be from the ocean deck, completely private, sitting atop a sand dune, with a world class expansive view of the ocean, the pelicans diving for food, the horizon, the strikingly clear ocean, and all the privacy and nature you could imagine on a beautiful wide private beach. It was a playground to beat all playgrounds for the kids, and for ourselves, a beautiful and wonderful place full of wildlife and great amenities, like the barbecues and tikihuts. Very nice and beautiful rooms with lovely big hdtv tv's, and wireless internet etc, a free telephone in each suite. It was the best time any of us have had in Florida, or anywhere for that matter. I highly recommend this property. Very very well cared for and well run. Professional. Very much return when able.

Room Tip: Any of the rooms, or Suites are just great. They are all 2 bedroom and all similiar.

We are very pleased that you and your family had a wonderful time here in Florida. Our clear blue ocean seemed to attract your 2 boys and bring out the adventurer in them both! From shoveling snow to surfing on the same day is quite an accomplishment, and I am sure they will remember that for years to come! Thanks again for your business, company, and reservation for this summer. Safe Travels to you and your family.

We all take our vaykays whenever we can afford them, and find the time to getaway. Ease of travel is not what it used to be in many ways, neither is the time off, and the co-ordination. I am sitting in a McDonalds restaurant in three feet of snow at this moment, with a fresh tan and healthy glow, and a wife and children who absolutely cannot stop thinking about our great times at this one of a kind beach hotel/resort. I don't want to write a novel here, but to touch on the salient points, we spent three days at Disney and 6 days at Seashell Suites. I would skip the former, and spend it all at the ladder next time. For our family, finding this establishment was a stroke of really great luck. Sure, like other reviewers, it is well run, very clean and very orderly. Yes, the beach is amazing and totally private, and we care about the eco freidnly and low allergy aspects of this great boutique facility. Comfortable and high end 'Suites' each 2 bedroom with as they advertise, great full granite kitchens and large HDTV's with DVD players, free unlocked wifi, surfboards, beach chairs, yes yes yes...its ALL there, including a breakfast and snacks for the kids all day...NO CHARGE. Yes..its all there, BUT..I just wanted to touch on the intangibles of finding and staying here. To watch your children run a private beach with the gulls and pelicans, to see dolphins and a migrating whale and schools of fish and pure REAL nature, right in your private front yard, is, as they say..PRICELESS. Its great to wade through the sea of humanity at Disney, but this is REAL life, bringing up real life issues of our world, nature, animals, ecology...witness to it, seeing it, interacting with it, and having your family be a part of it. "say no more..." as the expression goes. Its like having the most private coast of Nova Scotia transplanted into a subtropical warm climate where the ocean is blue and clear. I honestly had no idea a place like this even existed, let alone so close to us, in Florida. The value of this, compared to the fantasy of a 'technology' or fantasy vacation, with costimes and cartoon characters, is beyond words. Thanks for being you, Seashell Suites! Corny, but true. So, enough...its a fantastic place with a great killer idea....provide a piece of untouched oceanfront with abundant wildlife in security and privacy and stay in luxury and comfort. More than we ever thought we could find. The Best!! Thank you to all at Seashells.

Room Tip: All the Suites seem to be 2 bedroom, and all are very high quality and extremely well equiped with f...

You could stay in a Radisson or Crowne Plaza further north - if you don't mind Taco Bell, Walmart, and Quick Lube on the other side of the road. The Seashell Suites is in an upmarket residential area with shops and restaurants within a five to ten minute drive. Come here if you want peace, tranquility and relaxation. Breakfast is provided, along with a fridge loaded with chilled drinks all day long. Everything you could need for a beach holiday is provided (including surf and body boards). Would definitely go back.

My wife and I wanted get away for our second anniversary and happily we chose Seashell Suites. It was the perfect weekend for us. The suites were clean and comfortable. It was a cool weekend , so we stayed in at night and watched a movie. The days were cool , but sunny, so we enjoyed romantic walks on the private beach , saunas, and afternoon naps . The service was impeccable at all times. On our last day, we rented a boat and had a gorgeous ride on the river ......luck enough to see a family of dolphins feed near our boat. We are definitely going to stay at Seashell Suites for many anniversaries ahead.

I had not thought of doing a review for anywhere we had been before, but I feel compelled to write something on behalf of this great place for a variety of reasons. We absolutely adore this wonderful oceanfront hotel, and because of the great service and feeling we had being their guests, I am taking some time to write something. I really didn't know such a terrific spot was so near. We live in the same county of Brevard, which is a very large county in Florida, but I was not aware of Seashell Suites resort, as it is fairly new. The location is great, being down by the State Park at Sebastian. The property is unbelievable, and taken care of so nicely. The "Suites" are so spacious and comfortable with big screen TV's and granite or marble kitchens, fully stocked. The grounds and the ocean deck are so private and full of nature, as they advertise. I have never seen a hotel in a such a wionderful private nature filled location, kept immaculate and run beautifully. The staff are wonderful, Wendel, Casey, Crystal and Carol do a great job of seeing everything we needed was there. The snack fridge always full...they provide everything...nothing is left out. My husband and I and our two children had the best time, and we realise how valuable REAL nature is, not VIRTUAL nature. We BBQ our dinner with the kids who behaved beautifully, and simply had the best, most wonderful time. I can't say enough about it. A treasure on the coast of Florida!

Room Tip: Bicycles, Surf Boards, Beach chairs, towels, everything is included
