“Great spot for lunch.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2013 via mobile

Acted on a tip to go here for lunch. Would have liked it more if we could have gotten a table outside and not in the bar. Service was good, the food great and the price us right. We had the fish and scallop baskets and were happy. If in the area, would stop here again.

“Waitress from Painsville, OH is a keeper”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 7, 2013

Two couples enjoyed a light meal. Service was outstanding, and the food was better than good.. Place was busy but not rowdy. We were able to enjoy conversation. Would like to return if in the area.

“nice seafood restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2013

Nice restaurant with indoor or outdoor seating. Great variety of seafood...fish, shrimp, clams, crab. Most are fried. Also burgers, hot dogs. Always good food, good service, at a good price.

“Very good seafood at reasonable prices”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

We went here with a group of 8, and everyone agreed that this was a place that we will revisit. It is a not fancy seafood restaurant and bar, with the unique for Florida twist that it specializes in New England delacasies such as lobster and steamed clams. There was a $19.95 special for a 1 1/4 lb steamed lobster on our Saturaday night, and 4 of the group had that for dinner...including me. It was excellent...steamed perfectly, with butter and a two side dishes. My wife and I also split an order of steamer clams for an appetizer....very good, served with drawn butter and clam broth. Others tries the NE clam chowder, which was said to be excellent. There was also an all-you-can-eat mussels special, and it was very good also. Seafood platter was huge, and fish sandwich looked excellent. Drinks were good. Our server, "Mel" did a super job. This place is a little out of the way....out on the beach, but a long was from a bridge to the mainland....but worth the trip.

“Consistently good”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 22, 2013

We've been here a few times, and the food is consistently good. The lobster is great, but the prices go up and down depending on the market price. The fish and chips are great. Lightly breaded, and always fresh. Burgers are big and good. Great place to hang out if you are just out for the night, watching a football game, or a biker stopping by for food and drink. Quite a diverse crowd.
