We stayed at the Courtyard for a week in March 2008 and were completely satisfied with the room, service and overall experience at the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable with tan walls (much more "homey" than stark white!), large desk area and very comfortable beds. Loved the little balcony off the room too--nice to sit and read the complimentary copy of USA Today each morning.

Breakfast is served in the lobby area each morning, and while it's a little pricey ($8 for cold continental breakfast--there were other hot options as well for more) it was good and had GREAT orange juice! We were able to get a mini-fridge in our room upon request (no charge), where we stocked up on our own OJ from Harvey's Groves, just down the street and MORE than worth the money!

Courtyard area was very nice, and the pool was relaxing if a bit too warm. Very quiet as well, with rooms/balconies overlooking the area.

We were gone all day every day, but when we returned each night, the room had been cleaned, toiletries restocked and beds neatly made. Free internet service was a plus and easy to connect to.

Overall we would recommend this hotel to anyone, and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a long weekend visiting family with our two kids, 2 and 4 years old. The stay was very pleasant, rooms neat and clean, staff friendly and helpful. The heated pool was a definite plus, and opened late enough for a night dip with my son. Close to many restaurants, a handy location. If you can, be sure to check out Capt'n Hirams Restaurant. The web site is www.hirams.com. It's an easy 20 minute down Rt. 1 along the coast. There are a couple of choices, we ate outside on the beach at the Sand Bar, and had a blast. The tables were inside a large boat, sand at our feet. Live music kept the kids dancing. Well worth the trip. We will definitely stay at the Courtyard next time we are in Melbourne.

The staff stands out at this Courtyard. They were extremely helpful and great at giving directions. The room was nice and opened onto the pool area.

Beautiful Clean Hotel! The best Courtyard Marriott I've ever stayed at. I'm very picky when it comes to hotels, and I was very surprised from the moment I walked into the lobby. The hotel room (Double Queen) was very, very, clean. The beds were soft and 100% better than the Hilton Grand Vacations Resort I had just visited. The furniture was sleek and modern. The bathrooms were beautifully decorated and clean. The balcony area displayed a wonderful view of the courtyard and pool. The hotel is also located to several fast food restaurants. (Fridays, Wendy's, Popeyes, Kentucky, etc.) The hotel is located about 5 miles or so from I95, which made travel quick and accessible.
The hotel offers a buffet breakfast (I would suggest the cost be posted somewhere - in your hotel room, or some display board - about $9 for adults and $7 for children. The workout area was nice and clean and the hotel staff was very nice. The business center was located close to the lobby for those last minute mapquest users. The complimentary coffee was delicious in the lobby. We would stay here again for sure!
