“A Must Try !!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 6, 2013

Husband and I tried this restaurant March 23, 2013 , I had the druken fish $15.00 it was fantastic , The fish comes with a side ,So I went with the carrot soup bisque, It was also great, Husband ordered Chile Relleno $12.00 and he really like his dish but not as much as he liked my fish, So to everyone that is thinking of trying The Nomad Cafe , I think you are going to have great food at a really good price. I love the menu there is something for everyone , There is only one down side to this restaurant and that is the food is fresh so you will have to wait for them to make it , But it is worth the wait !!!

“Stop driving By”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2013

OK, so we've driven by Nomad Cafe a bunch of times. On a whim, we stopped in for lunch two weeks ago. What a great surprise. The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. The food is absolutely fantastic, prices reasonable, menu varied with new daily specials and servings are generous. We made it a point for lunch again, earlier this week and, the servers remembered us, same excellent service and food. Hint, if they ever offer the black bean soup, get it ! Just like homemade with fresh herbs, delicious !!

“Nice, Could Be better”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2013

I had the lunch pulled pork sandwich for $7. It was an interesting recipe including sliced avocado, lettuce, onions. The pork was a little dry and could have really used a sauce. The side of penne pasta didn't have too much flavor and was also a bit dry. Interesting menu, but they should focus on one continent's type of food instead of several different countries. Nicely decorated, white table cloths, waitress not too friendly.
I also tried the carrot soup which was okay. Reminded me of a weak lobster bisque.

“What a delight”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 21, 2013

First of all it is a former gas station, just sitting in there we noticed that and didn't realize till after we asked. We had blonde Sarah for a waitress and was she so helpful. Tried their hummus and guacamole. Dinner we went with the mexican entrees. The fajitas were very tasty, so was a wine- arita. Be sure and make a reservation as the "station" isn't that big!!! A real surprise and delight.

“great food on a budget”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2013 via mobile

We were 5 and all had something different. We all liked our meals. My tightwad brotherinlaw wanted a cheap eat, and to our surprise this fit the perfect bill. We loved the rueben, salad, drunken haddock, pulled pork, taco del pastor was a bit spicey for my sister but she still liked it. Excellent place to eat with great service!
