“Value hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2014

This was a reasonably priced hotel, probably in part because it is not on the beach. The facilities were suitable. I had a fairly noisy neighbor but that's always a risk.

The room was clean. My problem was the room smelled like stale smoke! My thought was this room was just converted into a non-smoking room and the odor is in the carpet & walls?

great comfortable hotel, gave you that home town feel.. Breakfast bar just hit the spot before we got back on the road. I was greeted as a Hilton Honors member and they had a little drink and snack ready to go..

While visiting the Destin area for a few days with my daughter we stayed at this Hampton Inn. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was decent and just a short drive to the beach, some attractions and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

this was my first visit to this area and it was a great spot in the middle of everything and close to what ever we needed. the neighborhood was great and the area had different types of food to offer. There was stores near by and a mall. the Beach are was right down the street. We will be back when its warmer so we can take advantage of the beach. Great hotel

This hotel was not your typical Hampton Inn. It was an old motel style building with outdoor corridors. Beds were not to Hilton standard. Seems like they are maybe renovating and not completely finished.

The room was nice, large enough, clean, the bed was comfortable but the A/C unit was very loud and it banged and clanked every time it kicked on; also we could CLEARLY hear the highway traffic all night long. Sleep quality was marginal. The bathroom was small but clean. It had all amenities: frig., microwave, coffee maker, flat screen TV and internet that was nice. The free breakfast was very nice with comfortable seating/eating area but the coffee was not very good.
