Dinner for three on June 28. Sounding of a gong to mark the sun setting. Food was good, but not great. Service was
attentive, but something is missing. When it came time for desert & coffee,
the deserts arrived, but coffee lingered.
We were informed that a fresh pot was
being prepared. Seemed strange as 50
diners were still seated, and yet coffee
was "being prepared". More troubling is
the attitude that this sort of thing is normal and perfectly acceptable in a self-
proclamed four star restaurant. As I say,
" A Bit Strange" !
