Our first visit was our first to Fin Bistro. Being so highly rated on TA, we had high expectations.....and they were met. The server Derek was outstanding in describing dishes and offering suggestions......truly a professional. Wife had the grouper and I had the swordfish; both exceptional in their taste and preparation....not a single complaint. The key lime flan for dessert was a treat, lighter than pie and velvety smooth. A great ending to a wonderful evening.
Our second visit included our son......again a bit apprehensive since he's a foodie and were we going to be let down from the high expectations we told him about? Not at all. Our server Jesse proved as professional and knowledgeable as Derek had been the previous visit. Our apps were tuna, gulf prawns and baked goat cheese........all delicious. The entrees were grouper, Florida lobster and sea scallops.......again, absolutely delicious and prepared so well.......kudos to the chef!!!!!
