As Tan members, we stayed in unit D505. This was our first experience using Tan, and we were VERY disappointed in the room. The floors (which were tile and area rugs) were so flithy that our feet and/or socks were blackened within 5 minutes of arriving. The refrigerator didn't work (the freezer portion did). Upon telling Tan this on Tuesday, we were told the building maintenance person could inspect it on Friday (we were leaving on Saturday... so obviously to wait until Friday wasn't going to help us much!). The building maintenance person came as we were packing up to check out on Saturday morning and said the room has had problems with the refrigerator before (certainly unacceptable that they continue renting out the room with knowledge of a malfunctioning appliance). We just didn't feel comfortable with the cleanliness of anything considering how dirty the floors were... made us wonder if the sheets/towels etc had really been washed. I would never recommend this particular unit to anyone !

We booked this through Travel Advantage Network where we have a membership. The condo we had overlooked the parking lot and a busy street. We were on the 3rd floor but there was an elevator. The elevator smelled really bad and was very slow but it helped us haul our beach stuff up and down. We were disappointed that this condo was not really near the beach. TAN convenienly didn't provide a map of the location or info on the view. They tend to lack that information from their site. We had to drive around to find a parking lot where we could enter the beach. But, oh, what a beautiful beach it is! The sand and water were clean and beautiful. We found many starfish and shells. It was dreamy. My kids loved the pools too. We used them just as much as we were at the beach. It is a decent place for the price. It was clean and comfortable.

Condo was dirty, furnished from Goodwill. Threadbare sheets, towels, and furniture. Couch had a hole in it, matress was rock hard, hairs in bathroom , rusty shelves in frige. Rented thru Summer Bay the professional LIARS of America. Complained and still waiting on that promised return phone call. Stay away from these creatures.

Spent a week at Angler's Cove...what a perfect relaxing vacation. As June is off season, there is little traffic and no waiting for restaurants and shopping. The weather was great with extended beach and pool opportunities every day even though it was the start of rainy season. Our condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The pools (2) and hot tubs (3) were immaculate and a pleasure to use. The Dolphin Tiki bar/restaurant provides an opportunity to drink and dine while never leaving Angler's. We are beach people and went to the beach daily. As always, the water was warm and the continuous breeze lessens the SW Florida heat and humidity. This is our kind of vacation-most difficult decision is which great Marco restaurant should we go to tonight? I love Angler's Cove!!
