3rd year in a row we stayed there. Great experience before that makes us come again. This time disappointing. Great location and beach. Friendly people. Very expensive rooms and in bad condition. Bathroom leaking out, never fixed. Tv not working offered 50 dollars instead of fixing it. Had to call all the time for shampoo, shower cups.
They need to renovate it. We are not going again

This was the most beautiful resort that I have ever stayed in. I was treated to an amazingly huge, updated and upscale suite. I was truly treated as though I was a queen by every friendly staff member that crosses my path. I would HIGHLY recommend both the amazing spa (massage therapist Tony was wonderful and Angela was extremely sweet and helpful) and this beautiful resort.

Great service, Ocean View are spectacular. The food a little pricey for the Menu however you get what you pay for. Lots of activities for the young@heart ;)

Centrally located on the island and plenty of shopping and restaurants, I would stay away from the overpriced Hotel Spa. My wife and I opted to instead visit Angel Nails and Span great value for the service provided!!

My third stay at this resort. Consistently good. Rooms have never been ready before 4pm... and most of the time it's been much later - so plan accordingly. Staff are nice. Rooms are pretty and clean. Bedding very comfortable. Their restaurant 'Quinn's on the Beach' makes excellent food and is reasonably priced. Try the grouper sandwich, it's wonderful. This hotel is appropriate for families as well as couples on a romantic getaway.

I do wish they treated Marriott Elite members a little better. Maybe a perk or something (aside from free internet) since there is no Concierge Lounge where you get free breakfast, appetizers, dessert and waters. Normally, you get free breakfast vouchers on weekdays when their is no concierge lounge at a Marriott. Their excuse was that they don't 'participate' in that program. Gimme a break. Also, parking was a pain in the neck. The walkway from the front of the hotel is very steep... (be mindful of this if you have elderly folks in your party) and crossing the busy street to get to the lot could be dangerous. Still a very nice resort. Despite my fairly insignificant complaints, I do really like this place and would definitely return again.
