“Very Nice hotel but had its issues”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 week ago NEW

The hotel is a very very nice hotel with amazing staff and a lovely ambiance. Unfortunatley I had a toilet in the room that filled itself every 15 minutes and naturally that did not allow me to sleep too well. I brought it to the hotels attention every morning I was there and it was never fixed. So while the hotel is really nice the maintenance was below average and the front desk staff were not to helpful in resolving either. Its a real pity because the resort is really beautiful and the pools are lovely. I expected more attention from the front desk to ensure the issue got resolved

Completely swanky hotel that is fun, beautiful, and works hard to make everyone feel welcomed. Entire staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Food was unreal and setting was elegant and relevant without being overdone. Although it was a great family getaway, I can see coming here with just my husband or girlfriends for an outstanding weekend getaway.

Had a fantastic stay at the beautiful Eau Hotel (formerly the Ritz) in Palm Beach.
Staff was so friendly and nice. Loved the adult only pool. The sumptuous breakfast buffet was included in our room rate. The coffee was super hot and delicious, just the way I like it. It's a beautiful property with really pretty, interesting room decor and hotel decor, mixing old and new in a funky way. It's a lovely property and I would rush back.

Room Tip: Any overlooking the pool area with ocean views

Spent a couple of nights here with my wife to celebrate our babymoon. Obviously a very well kept and stylish hotel - the photos don't lie. But the service was also really outstanding. From arrival to departure the staff was without exception completely professional. Very well trained, friendly, helpful, fast - I have nothing but good things to say. Our package included the breakfast buffet and we thought the quality was high and with a lot of choices. Overall this place was a splurge for us and we felt it was totally worth it. We had dinner in "Central" Palm Beach both nights - a short scenic drive but otherwise enjoyed the beach and pool and relaxed. Would love to return for a special occasion again.

Room Tip: We were in the South Tower with an Ocean View room on the 2nd floor. It was fine for us - Getting o...

Trust me, you will love this resort! I looooove everything about it! The interior decorations are just well decorated! Me and my friends had a great time. The spa is beautiful! I love this place! I love the cabanas, fire pit and the ocean view! Everything about this place is awesome! I felt so relaxed! You will have a wonderful time!

The food was alright. I only had a chicken sandwich though. But I didn't like their complimentary cupcakes. It was disgusting...

Book with Loucie! She's awesome! Very professional and excellent when it comes to making sure you're well pleased.

To start, I can't wait to go back! Probably will make this an annual visit. Just flew back to Boston this morning and already I miss the clear pools and windy Atlantic ocean. Loved the amenities, decor and the fact that they think of all the small details. From setting up your umbrella on the beach to large containers of fruit infused water that they routinely bring to you while at the pool or on the beach to a beautiful fire-pit that you can relax at in the evening with a Cosmo . . . I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I also really liked the decor in the rooms. I wanted to go to the gift store for the blue glasses or the modern chairs . . . but how to get one of those back on the plane with me! Plenty of towels, lotions and even Aloe when you got too much sun during the day they REALLY think of everything. Loved the bicycles they let you use to explore as well. The only itty-bitty minus was the cost of the food . . . and a gap of an hour (from 5pm to 6pm) during the week when you had to get room service for food. BUT, there was ice-cream and several restaurants across the street which took care of that. Seriously, I will go again next year . . . LOVE!

Room Tip: We had a side (cheaper probably? room) but it was located steps away from the pool and ocean so woul...

This is a wonderful beach hotel - elegant, great beach, beautiful cabanas, comfortable. We have stayed at this property since the 2nd year it was open as a Ritz - and have continued as the Eau Palm Beach. We try to go at least 2-3 times per year. Rather than owning a condo somewhere we prefer to spend that money on any place that we choose - and we return to Eau Palm Beach with pleasure. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming and really try to accommodate one's wishes. Now, the menus are a little limited - check them online before you go - but the selections they offer are nice, if they suit you. They are not mainstream offerings. The lunches at the beach and pool are fine. Drinks are good. The staff is very friendly, although the newer employees seem to be a little uncomfortable with the guests. They do warm up to you if you smile and speak to them, but they are a little hesitant otherwise. We noticed that the newer pool attendants (at least at the adult pool) did not seem friendly or know about service.
Still this is one of the best beach/cabana layouts we have ever visited.
