5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW

Our travel agent suggested this resort. It is a five star resort which truly deserves the rating. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is attentive and extremely accommodating. The people working at the resort can't do enough to ensure that your stay will be memorable. The concierge desk was the best we have experienced. They ensured VIP treatment and even ordered a dessert for us at the hotel's expense the first evening! The resort location is great, it's a quick drive to Del Ray, Bocca and small incredible restaurants. However the food at the resort is delicious and diverse. The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated.
Some people may not care that the art work in the hall ways makes you want to stop and take a closer look but I enjoyed all of the experience. The resort is on the ocean and there are a number of pools. Can I just say hurray for the adult pool, quiet and tranquil.
The family pool was lively with plenty of staff at all pools ready to get you a lounge chair in the sun or the shade and set your towels up for you. We worked out each day at the gym and they had many varied exercise classes. This was the full package!!

Room Tip: The rooms are quiet overall. I would request one with an ocean view

We had stayed here when it was a Ritz Carlton. The "new" hotel is very similar in its ambiance. Redecorated rooms in a fun, pretty way. Excellent and attentive staff. A variety of restaurants. There is a separate "adult" pool as well as a "children's" pool. Adult pool is quiet and away from the children's pool which is in the main area. Outdoor lounge chairs overlook the ocean. Constant care from the staff, i.e. ice water served, non alcoholic drinks, etc. Pool staff is very polite and attentive.

Room Tip: Nice to overlook a pool.

What a beautiful hotel! Wow! From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. You are greeted at your car by the friendly staff and all your bags and car taken care of for you. Check in was so easy and staff takes the time to explain all the amenities. The spa was simply amazing. Go for a massage! It's a must do. Treat yourself because you will be so happy you did. Thank me later. The private beach is amazing and the towels are so plush. Everything here is top notch. The rooms are spotless and the food excellent. This really is a great resort and worth the price.

My daughter and I spent one week at Eau Palm Beach during her Spring break and both had one of the best vacations of our lives. I have not one thing about which to complain. The accommodations were lovely, the service was top-notch, the food was yummy and the weather was perfect. The service was exceptional--from the valets to the pool attendants and everyone in between. It's obvious that the staff takes great pride in their work. I would highly recommend Eau Palm Beach to anyone! This is the only time I have ever written a commentary on a travelers' website. That's how impressed we were and how much we enjoyed it!

Room Tip: The hotel is small enough that I don't think you can pick a bad room. Obviously, some rooms hav...

Green Features: I would not say that this hotel was greatly concerned with preserving water or other natural resources as we were spoiled with twice per day housekeeping service.

After the sudden passing of our father, we debated canceling our trip. We wanted our children to experience some "sunshine & healing" after being up North all winter and losing their grandfather so suddenly. We decided to keep our plans.

So, we arrived on the last flight in from our city direct from the services.

The Staff knew of our grief and greeted us by name as we walked through the door. Bell staff offered to take our bags, unpack them so we could get the children food. A "standby" reservation was waiting for us at the outdoor restaurant.

After collapsing in a well proportioned room on Club Level - we woke the next morning to a sunrise that was spectacular! Caleb at the Front Desk not only assisted me to move us into a bigger room (we needed to be able spread out more and he arranged for a suite) -- he understood our situation and could not have been more empathetic and caring. The flowers he sent brought genuine tears as they were so unexpected.

Club Level has to be mentioned as Ms Myrna and Ms Janine kept a well stocked table that was our absolute "go to" for morning breakfast & cappuccinos! This is a huge plus offered by the hotel and while we did not take full advantage of Club amenities -- it was well worth the price.

Pool was never over crowded, always ample chairs, and plenty of other families with children of similar ages. Met some great people - truly!

To say the spa would be a worthy indulgence is not with enough emphasis! Danielle at the desk - Patrick in massage - Sandy, Dianna & Rosemarie - thank you! Clean, professional and never once did they try to "upsell"" me.

I have forgotten some individuals but a "thank you" to all. It doesn't by any means eradicate what happened prior to our coming here. But our Grandpop Nick loved the beach and it was so touching for us to grieve for him - in such a setting - with such genuinely kind individuals.

Thank you!

The rooms give almost an art deco "feel". The staff is highly trained to make one feel a part of their team in their home, a very nice touch. The situation of the facility, on the ocean facing to the sunrise is wonderful. The flute music at sunrise is classic. We dined in the restaurant both nights. There was nothing lacking in the preparations we ordered. The service was excellent one night and a bit neglectful the second night. The valet and porter service is as good as it gets!
