“Magical & Romantic Spa”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW via mobile

I was surprised with a spa day for Valentines Day. We had couples massage, facial and then I had a mani/pedi. We were greeted by darling girls with angel wings and then escorted to the locker rooms. We didn't have enough time to get a tour of the spa before our massage. The room was beautiful that we had our massages/facials in. We had option to upgrade to get the bath & terrace to use that we found out about afterward. Our massages we decent not great. What I didn't care for was all the upselling before the massage. Our facials were great ! Wish they would of included a better mask with the facial instead of having to upgrade. I didn't appreciate being rushed out of the room. That day was chilly and our rooms were cold. We asked to get them warmer but I guess they don't have individual themoters to change the temp. We had lunch in the garden which was very nice. I then went to salon to have a mani/pedi. Had a nice view for my manicure. Girl did a good job except for first time in my life my feet are super rough on the bottom. I'm not sure if she didn't smooth them enough or what. We tried go back to garden to lay together but there was no room. I didn't use the sauna or showers as I didn't want to mess
Up my facial. They looked very nice.

Oh brother - could this hotel be any uglier???? it is grotesque. More crappy furniture upon more crappy do -dads.. The property/building is actually very lovely (it was a Ritz-Carlton) but with the decorating done by Jonathan Adler, the king of bad taste, it has been ruined it. Our Room was plenty big and the bathroom great but with the additions of shiny wallpaper, printed carpets, pillow and brightly colored yellow blankets, bright blue mirror frames- it gave me a headache. One comment about our room was that the beds are very short- i am only 5'8" and it was too short- toes at the end. I had to sleep diagonally.... the service in the dining room is appalling- every morning the busboy wondered around looking where to deliver the toast- had to shoot to get him to put it on our table. in the spa, the services were very good- BUT there was disco ball and music in the steam room. I asked to turn the disc music to something more soothing- they said they could not change it but they did turned it down, they said the owner likes the disc music- sooooo relaxing... oh brother what a funny hotel

Room Tip: best part is a from by the ocean

A beautiful hotel with well presented, newly refreshed rooms.

The spa was incredible, spent 2.5 hours there and it flew by with so many places to relax before and after a treatment.

Work needs to be done for children staying in resort however, no kids TV channels, no kids size bike's, no kids amenities on check in and having to pay $10 per hour to use their inflatables seems unjust.

Eau is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic staff. Stayed there after spouse's conference on site. We were also celebrating an anniversary, and the staff made us feel very special with frequent chocolate covered strawberries, and personalized service. The hotel grounds are impeccably maintained. Breakfast buffet is outstanding, but pricey. If you need a food break, it's a short walk to John G's across the street.

Room Tip: Challenging wifi and cellular service is rooms on the north side of the hotel.

The resort is quite pretty. The food was healthy and delicious. The staff is amazing. The pools are beautiful. And the rooms are also nice. Did not seem to be many children when we were there. However there were kid activities available. Bikes free at the front lobby. Be careful going in the water because of rocks, especially when tide low.

Beautiful grounds, right on the beach, gorgeously decorated, rooms spacious and comfortable beds. Staff very helpful and just a great place to relax. The gym and spa were perfect too. I just loved this place!

Room Tip: we stayed on the first floor and surprisingly very quiet
