“Great for relaxing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

Went for family vacation - grandpa, aunts & uncles, and cousins - 12 people total. Youngest of the bunch was 20 / oldest was 90. It was a lovely trip at a great hotel.

Hotel - is absolutely beautiful. Beautiful decor, couches, easy to get around layout. Only complaint is that this is also a convention center. There's an entire wing of the hotel that's conf rooms. There was definitely a conference room during our trip with business folks milling around. Not the worst, but slightly annoying.

Service - in room service is great. Breakfast delivered on time and politely. The rooms have buttons you can pushing indicating "Do not disturb" or "Please service", which is much more reliable and sleeker than the door knob cards. Only hiccup was service in the downstairs lounge area. We had ordered a few drinks, which took about 20 min to get to us and in multiple waves and reminders. Bar service was attentive, so would recommend sitting there. They also have a mini s'mores option you can order when you sit outside - it comes with your own mini fire and a couple of marshmallows, graham crackers, chocolate, etc. Valet was always timely and helpful.

Pools - there are two pools. One with kids, and one for adults only. There are floating loungers in the pool, which make it quite relaxing. There are pool attendants that help you setup your towels and get you drinks. Huge fan of the pool. Although. While we were there, they were photographing a new brochure and took up half the pool. That was slightly annoying.

Other amenities - the SPA. I didn't get a chance to take advantage of the spa, but obviously this is one of the major attractions of the hotel. There's also a decent hotel gym and a studio next to it... i think they only offered like one class a day, so not too much going on there.

Overall - a good trip. Some hiccups along the way, but really no complaints!

WOW what happened to the Ritz???? Food and service OK but not for the money. Pool a little dirty. Seemed strange since the place was empty. The other thing is all the food and beverage includes like a 22% tip but no one tells you... NICE....

Room Tip: Get a view

Green Features: Not sure they have one.. All the paper, cans etc are mixed in the trash.

Our stay at the Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa was nothing short of spectacular. We did the endless summer night promotion and stayed for just $189 a night. The room, view, and service was exemplary. They include complimentary valet, complimentary champagne, and the service was unbelievable. I wanted to live there! I highly recommend getting the day pass for the spa. It was a religious experience. Ask for a free tour of the spa and definitely check it out. Skip breakfast at the hotel (very expensive) and walk across the street to the strip mall to have breakfast at John G's! Be sure to have the cinnamon nut french toast or an omelet. It's amazing food. Also, if you go to this resort in mid-late July, stay up past midnight on the beach. You may just see a turtle laying eggs. Don't bring a flashlight though!

Room Tip: We only paid for a "garden view" room, but when we arrived, they upgraded us to an ocean v...

I travel to the eau spa and resort about 3 times a year. The hotel is always in top condition with amazing staff who provide excellent service . Workers of the hotel who stand out include Karen & john lee who pamper their guests with amazing food & drinks outside by the pools, beach and cabanas . There two of the very best staffers the hotel has. Karen and John are always helpful and very friendly . I recommend anyone wanting a relaxing vacation to travel to the eau spa and book cabanas for the day . Remember to ask for john lee . I have been traveling to this spot for over 5 plus years and I have never once been disappointed . John & Karen along with the rest of the staff go out of their way to make the guests feel there very best. Once I got a bad sunburn from being out to long and both Karen and John brought me fresh aloe leaves and after sun spray . Another time it was my girlfriends birthday and they got her a card and gift . It's the little things that the eau staffers such as John and Karen do that make this hotel such an enjoyable place . Without them traveling here wouldn't be the same !!! Thank you john & Karen

This hotel is beautiful and the spa is exceptional. Attention is paid to every little detail. The hotel and spa staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure that everything is perfect. I have enjoyed many spa's, in many countries, and this is by far my favourite.

If you love the beach and the ocean the way I do, then find somewhere else to stay. Apparently the old A1A is sitting in the water 10 feet from the oceans edge. No one at the hotel warned me before I was about to dive in to the beautiful water. Luckily, the water was clear enough and I could make out LARGE concrete formations before taking the plunge. When the tide gets low, you will see what I mean. Anyway, NICE hotel but they should really warn people about the beach.
