The condos are new and nice but.....our flight arreived late, 11:30 pm, and we did not have instructions for late arrival. We found the office and called the emergency number on the door. The answering service gave us instructions to go to Madiera Beach office for the key. Now, it is midnight and pouring rain....we found the office and there was not a key. We called back and got instructions to go back and get the key that was left in the lock box at the first office. The next morning I come and sign in. The lady at the desk did not mention the key confusion so I asked her if she was aware on the problem....."oh yes, I heard something about it...sorry." Not much sympathy for the 2 hours of driving in the middle of the night in the pouring rain. Condo nice...but do not expect good service. OH, also remember that with this price you are required to take out the garbage and do the dishes BEFORE you leave to avoid additonal charges. Not worth the money...dod not feel like I was on vacation...
