We stayed here last year and the unit we rented was in good condition.Room 103 was 1st floor with a Gulf view.If you are looking for a hotel experience forget it!!!This is a condo rental and you make your own bed and empty your trash.So don't complain like some others did
We rented through Angles vacation rentals and had no other issues.If you select this room the king bed s hard as a rock

We stayed for 5 nights recently and had a fantastic time! We were in unit 503 and found it to be very clean with lots of closet and dresser space. Our private balcony faced the Gulf so we were able to enjoy sunsets right there and breakfast every day overlooking beautiful waters. The beach was clean, large, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We liked that they had gas grills (and one charcoal grill) but with the Lazy Lobster nearby we weren't in the mood for grilling. There is a putting green and shuffleboard for amusement, and the grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The pool is a bit small, but we spent most of our time on the beach. The 2 covered pavilions with tables and chairs are a plus. One thing we didn't see on the website was that they only provide one set up of shampoo, soap and conditioner, so you have to bring your own. Our unit did have dish soap but did not have a dishwasher. It's a full kitchen so you can cook and eat in if you like. They don't do daily maid service, which we thought was weird at first, but after the first day we realized it was actually kind of a good thing that no one was coming in our room each day, but you do have to remove your own garbage when it gets to be too much. There is an extra set of all sized towels in the linen closet and you can bring your used towels down any time and get new ones. The lady at the front desk, Angel, is very friendly and helpful, and knows the best restaurants and menu items too! Can't wait to go back!!

I recently spent a couple of days at the inn with my family. We all had a wonderful time and were most impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, the lovely decor, the view from the balcony, the courteous manner of the lady booking us in. The only complaint I have is that we were not told of the 50.00 cleaning fee when we telephoned to book the rooms.

We stayed in room 501, the shower curtain had MOLD, I sprayed it down until the management company changed it the next day, floors were dirty, bed coverings, rugs, and couch were nasty with stains, room is outdated, and glass door was off track and hard to open. My parents stayed in 502 which is run by a different management company and cleaning service, there room was clean and updated. The location is good and the room was quiet over looking the beach.
