I have always had a soft spot for Outback Restaurants for the last 20+ years, but the tide is turning and especially at this location. I have tried to be generous, but either the people dont care or the management rotates too often. I dont know. We went on a weekday night to celebrate my birthday. I had always wanted to try their rack of lamb, so I gave it a try. The lamb came out Rare, after I ordered Medium. I flagged down the waitress while my spouse dined on her steak and shrimp with sweet potato fries that were burnt. The next time out, the lamb was brought by the manager/proprietor, whatever. It was about as raw...er... Rare as before. Manager apologized, said, it was only his second day there.. Oh, I feel much better now. Wanted to know if he could get me anything. Like what are you offering?, I thought, probably just a figure of speech. Anyway, by the time that my lamb was good enough to eat, my spouse had been finished with her meal for about 10 minutes. The fact is, the same thing happened the last time we were there with our son, and after 2 tries, it may or may not have been cooked right then. I'm moving on. Maybe it's just this location. Who knows?
