This is probably the best small resort I've ever stayed in. There are many places to chose from on the beach in this area but this is the best. Great management clean renovated lovely pool extras great. So peaceful and perfect location. Thank you tropic seas.

We found a perfect spot to to celebrate my wife's birthday with the kids. Tropic Seas is a beautiful, well maintained, magical oasis. The managers, Eleanor and Linda were courteous, kind and extremely helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and meticulously cleaned on a daily basis.

The rooms have been newly furnished in the last 6 months which give them a beautiful fresh island feel, and the views were nothing short of spectacular.

The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and grocery store,Tropic Seas Resort is far enough away that you don't hear any of the activity at night, just the sound of the waves crashing on the shore to rock you to sleep. The kids had a blast as we played soccer and football on the beach and body surfed, skim boarded and snorkeled in the ocean right out in front of the hotel. The beach has to be at least 75 yards wide in front of Tropic Seas and felt like our own private space.

We researched to find the perfect restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday and after much debate decided that there was no more beautiful view or atmosphere then on the patio overlooking the ocean in the backyard that we called our own for the week...a breath taking dream come true!

We will be back again soon!!!!

Tropic Seas is a perfect, old-fashioned beach vacation! The owners are delightful, and it's a picturesque, quiet and perfect little motel facing the ocean. It has all the amenities we need--coffee and danish, newspapers, books, beach bags and beach towels, grills, toys, an outdoor shower, and plenty of chaise lounges facing the ocean and pool as well as chairs outside the rooms. Recently the rooms have been updated with comfortable beds. There are also tables, refrigerators and safes. It's only a 10-minute walk from the village shops and restaurants, as well as a 5-minute walk from the supermarket. The best part about Tropic Seas, however, is its privacy, views, proximity to the ocean, and feeling that you really live there. That is why we continue to go back as often as we can!

Room Tip: facing the ocean, although they all have views

I just stayed for five days from 06/28/2013-07/02/2013--The service we received from the time we arrived until checkout was warm and very inviting. The facilities are very clean and the location may be the best on the beach. You really have everything you need there to make your stay a perfect 10! Cant wait to book my next stay at Tropic Seas.

Room Tip: rooms downstairs toward center are closer to coffee and breakfast room.

We just returned from a family reunion at the Tropic Seas. We've been going there for the most part of 25 years, and it always feels like home. Besides being right on the Atlantic ocean in the fabulous stretch of low rise buildings, TSR can accommodate all types of people and families. They have a wide assortment of rooms, efficiency and two room apartments. Every year when we return we can see all the wonderful improvements done by Eleanor and her terrific team. Great beds, linens and coffee served each morning in the lanai.

I highly recommend this resort to mature singles, couples and families who don't like high rise condos. .

Room Tip: Second floor for the best vies as the city has built beautiful dunes that protect the turtles during...

We had such a nice time at this resort. Went with my five year old grandson and his other Grandma. We got the One bedroom suite with a king size bed and nice living area and kitchen. We brought a lot of snacks and drinks, since it is local for me. The weather was beautiful, but very hot. There was a great breeze though. We were very close to the pier, so we able to walk there in the am to have breakfast. Ordered in for dinner. There were a few little gnats in the room that were annoying, but don't think you can prevent that. My grandson met some nice kids and had a ball. All and all, I highly recommend this resort. The staff was also very accommodating.

Room Tip: Try to get something on the first floor so you don't do steps!

Non-luxurious place with 16 rooms at the beach. Our efficiency room had a view over the pool and the beach. The hotel offers direct access to the beach! We felt very relaxed there.

The longchairs around the pool are comfortable. Most are in the sun, a few will offer shade.

We did not miss a restaurant or fitness room. The hotel offers coffee, muffins and ice. We bought our breakfast at the publix, which is two blocks away. For dining, there are multiple choices at Commercial blvd. we enjoyed eating at the Aruba.

The place is actively kept in shape.

We will be coming again!
