Just returned from a weekend at Chalet Suzanne. The lodging was eclectic, but the food was truly excellent. I started with the best lobster bisque I have ever had, with plenty of lobster pieces in the smooth, sweet bisque. My duck was delicious, as was my partner's curried shrimp. The chef paired starch and vegetable to compliment the main dishes. And breakfasts were so hot and delicious that we had no need for lunch. We recommend it highly.
