You probably have never been to a restaurant like this one. It's situated in what appears to be a trailer park, way off the beaten path. When you first arrive, looking for the entrance, you find a very small 'run down' place. Upon entering, it's a whole different thing. The place is quite large with what looks like a couple of hundred diners squeezed into about 3 or 4 different areas. One of these is outdoors. This is where we were located – sitting at picnic tables. This might have you think, "This is not for me!" But, I remarked more than once, "This will go down as one of most memorable meals".
It was a perfect evening. The place was busy with a happy atmosphere. The weather was warm with a slight breeeze. One could look out and view the water in the near distance.
It was happy hour (which seems to be most of the time). Beer and wine was 2.75 with the second one free.
Besides being an eclectic place with a very homey cluttered ambience, you come here for the food as well. The food is excellent. I had the shrimp fettuccine which came with very nice sized shrimp. The menu is mainly seafood, but does have a very wide selection of other choices.
The only con was the service. Do not go here for a quick meal. They are always busy and the service can be slow. It didn't bother us as we (a group of 12) were here for the experience.
