While my room was not great, (dirty carpet, hole in covers) the staff was great. I moved once and then when I got a room that was in the exact same shape, just decieded to stay put. I never took my shoes off, so be award of the really dirty carpet. I tripped over the linen outside my door from housekeeping and my food in the resturant contained a hair! The only thing saving my trip was Brian, the gentleman at the front desk. He was very patient and helpful. A huge asscet to the company. He handled everything quickly and efficently and made my stay. Thanks again!

We spent 3 nights at this hotel - Saturday through Monday - on the Concierge floor. It is disclosed that there are no "Concierge" services on Saturday and Sunday but there is no price break either. Even newspapers, for which you get a $0.75 per day price break if you opt out, are not available.

The room was clean and pleasant and of adequate size. The bathroom was clean but the shower head was in need of deliming. Water pressure was adequate.

With one notable positive experience and one notable negative experience I feel indifference best describes the attitude of the staff.

We stayed at a special governmental rate. Had we paid the full rack rate I would have been truly upset.

We stayed here Nov. 30, 2007 for 3 days and it was great! First of all, on the reservation comments we noted that we were going there for our honeymoon. Upon arrival we were greeted and the staff (who I guess read this note) and congratulated us. She then said, "I will give you a great room" and she was not kidding. She gave us a huge corner room on the 8th floor. The view was awesome!

We were surprise to find out the hotel was far from the attractions (Disney, Universal, etc) about 40+ minutes. The hotel is also very business oriented, which we had no problem with but this might be something to keep in mind if you want to feel "on vacation" since everybody seems to be working and dressed up (and you might look a little underdressed).

We had dinner in the restaurant one day and it was really good.

I definetely recomend this hotel. The room was big and super clean. The staff was great!

Attended a conference at this hotel. Conference rooms are standard but the rest of the hotel and its grounds are excellent. Rooms are large, up-to-date, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Their wired Internet access in the rooms is fast and reliable and the wireless access in public spaces is easily accessible.

The grounds are impeccably maintained. Restaurants are within walking distance and a number of other restaurants -- local and national chains -- are within a few minutes drive of the hotel. Its location in a leafy business park means that the hotel is surrounded by green grass and trees and the zoning keeps ugly signs and roadside development out.
