My friends picked this place because they got a cheap deal by agreeing to attend one of those seminars where they try to convince you to buy a time share. So it was cheap for them but I had to pay full price for my room, but it was still not that expensive. I liked the breakfast but it was kind of the same thing every day and got boring. We didn't use the pool much. It was pretty small for such a big hotel.
I didn't like the fact that my windows didn't open. The place had that weird, musty, airconditioner mold smell all the time.
Also we were steered wrong by the young concierge guys. I knew that there were 2 large outlet malls but couldn't remember both names and both addresses. One is called Prime and the other is called Premium. They only knew about one of them and seemed clueless when we wanted information about the second one.
Each time during breakfast there were employees going around the lobby asking guests to complete a survey. They didn't recognize me and I was asked every day to complete the survey.
Also I remember the business centre being weird. I think there were only 2 computers and no chairs and you had to pay and stand up to type.. and no mouse.. Inconvenient and only good for desperate situation.
