We did all we can to accommodate you. We really do go out of our way to help, apart from some very unreasonable demands. I offered you a full refund, but you wanted to stay. Hopefully you enjoyed the rest of your stay.

“Very accomodating and very clean”

This was our second stay at this Baymont. And we have absolutelly loved this hotel. Since our first stay hotel had a lots of improvements on site, in their lobby/breakfast area and in their rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets were very clean and soft. The bathroom was spotless and clean. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel!!! The front desk was very knowledgable and friendly. The check inn and check out was a breeze.

I am sorry you feel that way. We service rooms everyday. We have upgraded 40 rooms with new beds and tvs. We have painted half of our rooms and are continuously improving. We provide 3 towel sets per rooms as do ALL HOTELS, even the Ritz. If you pack a room with 5 people you will need to ask for extra towels. I don't understand how being a law enforcement family should make a difference? Do you expect special treatment? We treat everyone equally.
