We arrived 03/23/07, there was no shuttle service to Hotel from airport. Spent $70 on cabfare + tip. Hotel power was out so we couldnt check in for hours. Finally checked in still with no power. They offered my 2 & 5 yr old glow sticks because it was dark!! OOOh, a .50 cent glow stick! Finally we dropped our luggage in our Dark Room and headed dowstairs to Moldinos Retsruant. Poor Poor Service & Very Limited Menu!!!! At least the restraunt had power! Well, after our long dinner we headed to bed for what we thought would be a comfortable nights rest. The headboard in our room was falling off the wall and every time you moved the pillow it would clank. Carpet in room was so so. The best part was the Heated POOL & our lovely cleaning lady that kindly arranged my childrens stuffed animals each day. The clown at breakfast was also good. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again. I wouldn't reccomend you stay here either. Not really in walking distance to much except a convient mart in a less desireable strip mall.

This hotel was one of the best that my husband and I stayed in. The whole resort was completely beautiful and serene. The pool area was comfortable and very enjoyable for our stay. The resort was within minutes of Disney, which was nice. We checked in after midnight but was greeted with a friendly smile and a very helpful staff. We appreciated their swiftness and their help with finding our room.

The room that we recieved was a king room. It was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. We had no real complaints about noise from other guests, but we were also on the top floor of building 2000.

Parking was okay, we knew that we would have to walk to our building because we knew we would never find a spot by our building. But the area was beautiful and peaceful and it created a nice walk. We enjoyed seeing the ducks and the turtles as we walked over the bridge to our buidling.

We didn't eat at the hotel except for once, we order a pizza from Pizza Hut. The pizza could have been better but it was hot when it arrived.

We will definitely stay at this resort again in the future.

This hotel was very close to Disney and the main highway along with a huge street of places to eat or shop so that was a real plus. I didn't care for the beds as they were so hard. One of the reasons I booked was because of the sleep number beds, only after requesting one did I find out that you do not get these if you book from an outside agency, that they are $10. extra per night and that there were not any available for the 5 nights I stayed. I wasn't too pleased with that. Also, what ever you pay add $11.30 on to it as they make you pay that much extra per night. They say it is for the pool and refriedgerator ect. Bull, that is their sneaky way of getting more money out of you, I would have seriously left right when I checked in if I could have gotten any of my money back. Really a total rip off if you pay more then $65. per night (I paid a lot more then that), so I really was unhappy with this place and would not recommend unless you can get it in the price range mentioned above. There are a ton of more fairly priced places in the same area.

Just spent three nights here for a small convention. Checking went well. Opended the door to my room and was welcomed by a strong musty smell. I thought the smell would dissipate, so I unpacked. all my clothes. Plus it was a very long walk back to the desk seeing I was in the 6000 Building. The next morning, while getting dressed I noticed the smell had permeated my clothes. Now it was too late to ask for another room, cause the embedded funk was in my clothes. I was embarassaed to get near people during the convention thinking people would believe I hadn't showered or something, all due to the smell from the room.

I could not wear a vest on the plane during my flight home because of the room's lingering effect. I now have to have all my clothes dry cleaned to get the smell out of them.

Also, during my three nights I would walk in the room wearing white socks. By the end of my stay the bottoms of both socks were literally black from dirt and gunk in the carpet, which appartently had not been cleaned for some time.

The staff was pleasant, and worked very hard because of the large groups that were staying here.

Deli staff was friendly. Good business center.

Warning...don't stay on the sixth floor of the 6000 Building
