We stayed at the Radisson Celebration on Saturday March 17, 2007 for only one night. The process for checking in was slow and that is where we discovered we did not get the king size bed we confirmed, we instead had two queen beds, sleep by number like we have at home, but still 2 smaller beds. It was our wedding anniversary so it kind of made things a bit annoying. The front desk staff was not very helpful and told us they were sold out and didn't even try to look and see if the correct room type was available. There were many vacant places in the parking area. The room was fine, clean and nicely decorated. Small refridgerator and also a coffee maker, we didn't use, so I am not certain of it's quality. Plenty of towels, and good soaps. Our room faced a nice pool area, there are two that we saw. We only had an included breakfast buffet the next morning, so we did not try the restaurant for dinner. The breakfast buffet was okay, just very crowded in the entry and slow in seating people, large dining room, but half was closed off. Too many guests for that small of an area. All in all it was fine, just a bit disappointing on the room type and the 45 minutes in line at the front desk, while one person worked and three others chatted with each other and giggled. While it is nice that they have multilingual clerks it would be nice if they also spoke functional english since they are in Florida.
