We stayed 5 nights while visiting Disney World and surrounding area. We got a 2-room suite for the 6 of us (4 kids). Very clean, good pool, and convenient location. Free drinks by the pool every supper hour.
The breakfast was the biggest and best selection I've ever had for free at a hotel. However, it was very crowded. We seldom could get a table and had to eat by the pool or in our room.
Front desk staff were not great. Seemed inconvenienced when they had to deal with a guest. Wireless internet was awful -- only worked about half the time we were there. When I complained the first time, the "expert" at the desk kept telling me to delete my cookies and turn off my firewall (which I knew would accomplish nothing) and after 10 minutes admitted the internet in the lobby was down too and he would call "their guy" to fix it. Never heard back that night, and never bothered calling about it again. Definitely not a place to stay if you're on business.
Because it's cheap, different crowds come and go. Our first day the pool was taken over by college students, who didn't really make room for the kids. The second day busloads of jr high students invaded, running down the hallways and screaming with no adult leaders in sight. Complained to the front desk and they quieted down quickly. And by the 3rd day, the pool was full of families with kids. Sort of have to take your chances.
So if you want a good sized room at a good price, and can put up with the inconveniences above, it's alright.
