We just came back from our visit to WDW and our stay at the Royal Parc Suites in Kissimmee Florida...First off my husband started off as we pulled up asking me just what kind of place we made reservations at...I must admit the outside looks a bit like an older property...but I had confidence in my choice and was not deterred...I told him you do not judge a book by its cover...Check in was smooth as silk and we were given out room on the 5th floor #568 2 br suite..Suite was very clean and neat beds were comfy in the bedrooms...on the bedding I would say tho on the pull out couch mattress in our room it needs replacement and only put a child in it if you can...We were traveling with 1 child and 1 infant and when we came back from our first day out our house keeper had arranged the bedding on our child's pull out so sweetly...those are the touches that so matter in making or stay memorable...wish I could have thanked her personally. Breakfast is a buffet and free...scrambled eggs with bacon and waffles and potatoes.... and scrambled eggs with sausage and bisquits and gravy... every day they have cereal bagels coffee and juices and fruit and packets to make oatmeal or grits...environment is nothing fancy but it is included in your stay and with a group of 4 adults and 1 child the savings add up! The pool kiddie and hot tub and children playgroundlooked very inviting but it was in the 40s at night so none of that on this outing..They also have an outside bar and a happy hour daily...the hotel appears to be doing some daily work which is good too see..they do need to work on their signage a bit..such as we got on the elevator to the 5th floor and there was no #5! Lol we got off on the 4th floor and looked like a crazy family trying to get to the next floor...but it all worked out fine...
In closing..great place...close to the parks of you can't or won't pay the crazy high prices for a wdw property room and it is just a room not a suite and let's face it...you really are just sleeping there for the most part.. If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton Or the JW Marriott...this is not for you..but if you are looking for a place close to the parks off property with moderate/ economy price this could be your place! :-) :-) :-)

Great Hotel & location just minutes away from the Disney parks. The location provided quick and easy access to and from the Disney Parks. The location offered other great access to the Outlet Stores for shopping and sites. Just a few miles from Sea World and Universal Studios (which we will do on our return visit). There were many restaurants and stores within easy walking distance of the hotel--making it great if you did not want to drive to a restaurant or you needed to pick up something from a pharmacy/store that you did not think to pack. The hotel served a good "HOT" continental breakfast--changing it up daily. After hours the hotel operates a on site restaurant (pizza, wings, sandwiches) very reasonably priced and good. We ate there the night we got in from a 10-hour trip and found the food and service to be very good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable--THE STAFF WERE SUPER--VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN!!!!!

Room Tip: The rooms circle a court yard that has a large pool and hot tub and social area. Recommend staying...

I booked 31 rooms for a Christmas party, and also booked the restaurant for a lunch for 130 people. The rooms were great and comfortable. The restaurant is usually closed at lunch but they agreed to open it and serve us in 2 shifts of 65. The lunch was perfect and well executed. The group sales person, Marta, did everything she could do to make everyone happy and satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel for both small and large groups. They know how to handle both sizes.

We stayed at Royale Parc Suites one night. Our suite had new carpeting and bathroom faucets. We are repeat customers and noticed the changes since our last visit. The hotel is clearly working on improving their maintenance and image - good news for us since we like to stay here.

The suites, though aging, have always been clean. It is encouraging to see the hotel putting money into updating the furnishings. They offer many amenities that we never use but I can see would be attractive to young families. The big draw for us is the roomy suites.

We always stay at Royale Parc Suites as it is familiar, spacious, and close to Disney. And we will stay there again, next time we visit Orlando.

This property has nice large suits for the family to enjoy and it's closeness to the Disney attractions is perfect. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Allen who takes care of the complimentary breakfast does an outstanding job. Look forward to returning in the future.

Room Tip: All rooms face the courtyard with a nice view of the pool area.

Orlando is always a little strange for me. You never know what you will get. This was a very pleasant surprise. Now, its not new and super, but clean with comfy beds. Had a 2 bedroom and was checked in by a very nice young man named Angel. Very pleasant and had great eye contact and smiles. When we got to the room one of the bedrooms did not have a TV and I was there with my sister and her husband. I personally like to have the TV on before I go to sleep so it was problem for me. I called down and asked for Angel who had left for the day. I talked to Lenny who switched our room and even brought the keys up to the 5th floor to us. You couldnt ask for better service. It was rather chilly for us so we did not use the pool. Breakfast wasnt that great but filled our void and it was different the 2 days we were there. Wish they had yogurt (hint, hint). Also used the park transportation which was great. We just got back today and I just made reservations for January here instead of using our time share.

Room Tip: Rooms are quiet but I would bring own toiletries. Theirs aren't the greatest but efficient.

Location is the best asset of this place for those visiting Magic Kingdom.

The suite was clean despite being pretty battered (i.e. old Carpet, burned kitchen appliances). The place could definitely do with a refurbishment, no doubt about that!

The breakfast was included but it was the worse bit! Very long lines on both days and average food. Not fresh juices available nor fruits and healthy options. No staff available to clear off tables... Quite a nightmare!
