The pool should have a open and close period. People were loud until after 11PM. Fitness center is not monitored, children were playing on the equipment in the evening, therefore we could not use it. MANY unattended wild under 18 year old all over the place, sitting in hallways, stairwells, etc. Felt like I was walking into an apt complex in the city.

The pics online were very decieving, makes it look like a quiet, remote hotel. This is in the MIDDLE of OLD TOWN!!!! Right on the strip!

The breakfast left a little to be desired. It's basic eggs, sausgae, bland cereal, juice, toast bagels, some fruit and yogurt. It's ok. They say it's open until 10:30, but they clean up at about 10:00! If it's open until 10:30, they should start cleaning up at the earliest 10:25!

My room was DEFINITELY said to be an upgraded 2 bedr suite. The gave me the traditional with no TV in the 2nd bedroom, no flat screen TV's, NO DVD, and a MINI fridge! When I said I want the room you describe online, they wanted to charge an extra $20 p/day. That was RIDICULOUS! I did not, and got upgraded. The other room was better, but there was filth under the fridge when I opened it. I just cleaned that myself.

The railings left you hand black when you ran them across while walking. The elevators are horrid.

The pool, this should be cleaned and ph balanced alot more. The jacuzzi, lets just say one night I saw no less than 10 people in it, and I didn't see anyone putting chlorine and balancing the whole time. I was NOT getting in that!

It was OK for a last minute emergency, but I will stick to my Bonnett Creek, or skip my vacation next time!

The management team of Royale Parc Suites – a Quality Suites Hotel would like to thank reviewer lavender925 for their positive comments about our suite rooms, comfortable bedding, cleanliness and guest service. The hotel’s main pool does have posted hours of 9AM to 11PM daily. The Royale Parc Suites has a comprehensive staff of three persons who open the main pool, children’s pool and hot tub areas each morning, vacuum and skim the pool for leaves, monitor and test the water for safe chlorine levels and balance. After opening the pool area, these staff members conduct several quality and safety checks during each day as well. The Royale Parc Suites offers both hot and cold items on its extensive complimentary breakfast buffet. Daily selections include scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, white and wheat toast, yogurts, bagels or english muffins, cold cereals, oatmeal with granola, raisins and brown sugar toppings, muffins, danish pastries, fresh fruit, sliced peaches in syrup, fruit juices (we serve only Minute Maid premium fruit juices and drinks), regular and decaf coffees, teas, and milk. This breakfast is served daily from 6:30AM to 10:00AM in the Cajun Quarters restaurant and adjacent Sidewalk Café. A comparable buffet breakfast at other Orlando resorts would cost $13.95 per person plus tax and gratuity, so it offers families a great savings on your overall vacation costs. We apologize if their was any mix-up at check-in regarding the category of suite that you reserved. Our deluxe-featured suites do offer several upgrades including a DVD/VCR player, top-floor location and several additional kitchen appliances. Deluxe-featured suites come with a nominal additional nightly charge of $10 - $20 from the pricing of our traditional one and two-bedroom suites. The Royale Parc Suites is currently switching out our remote digital stereo TV’s for brand new 32” flatscreen plasma TV’s. Each suite will have a brand new flatscreen TV in both the living room and master bedroom. Over 60 percent of our suites have the new flatscreen plasma TV’s and we are targeting to have the entire property switched out with the new flatscreens by the end of the summer.

Roya Parc Suites.
5876 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, Florida

I stayed here in May 2008 for 3 nights. The rates are very reasonable. There were 6 adults and 3 children in our room. The total room amount was only $459.35...We had a ground floor, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds each / a sleeper sofa / 2 full bathrooms and kitchenette. The room was VERY nice...(like an apartment you would rent to live in permantly.) The room was VERY CLEAN and VERY comfortable. They have free internet, free C/bkfst, free drinks for adult and soft drinks for kids from 5-7 each night by the pool, nice pool. The hotel is only one mile to DISNEY WORLD. They also have a shuttle to Disney World, but we drove since it was so close and we were not sure what time we would be coming back to the hotel. My grandkids loved every moment of the trip...If you go to Disney World...try to stay to see the parade at 10:00pm...It is beautiful...We took the kids to drive the race cars on the track one night down on Irlo Bronson Hwy...they thougt that was just great...

We just returned from our 2 night stay at the Royale Parc Suites and we really enjoyed it! The breakfast was plentiful and we usually had a place to sit. My kids loved the pool! It was so nice to have some palm trees by the pool to give us some shade from the hot Florida sun. We never had a chance to try the Managers reception so I can't comment on that.
We got a 2 bedroom suite for all 6 of us and everyone had plenty of space to stretch out. We had plenty of towels and the housekeeping did a great job. We didn't notice any of the pool noise, but we were up until midnight most nights. We had just come from a 4 night stay at the Old Key West resort on Disney property before we extended our vacation at the Royale Parc Suites and we really thought this hotel was very high quality. It's not up to Disney quality, but it also isn't anywhere near Disney prices!
I would highly recommend this hotel for the budget conscious family.

“It was okay”

Royale Parc Suites - a Quality Suites Hotel

It is obvious that the hotel staff genuinely tries to cater to the traveler, but I wouldn't go so far as to say the RPS is a fantastic place to stay. It's okay. It's an older property that appears to have been updated, but you can't cover everything with a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and one of the two bathrooms smelled strongly of urine, which was yucky. Also, the exterior "B" elevator, which was glass and faced the sun, was not air conditioned (actually, it was pretty warm in there) and sort of stunk, too. Every time I got on it, I thought how it would totally suck if I got stuck in that elevator. Although everyone was very friendly, I personally wouldn't come back. Just didn't thrill me.

We just returned from our much anticipated trip to Orlando. We stayed at the Royale Parc Suites for 4 nights. I was very nervous after reading some of the reviews on here, but was pleasantly satisfied with our stay.
We are a military family of 4. Two adults and 2 small children. We were supposed to stay in Disney at the Shades of Green in June, but had to cancel due to my husband's work schedule. Next, we booked a room at the All Movies resort, but after reading their reviews, we were disappointed with the room size and lack of amenities (no breakfast, no fridge, etc). We stumbled upon a deal at the Royale Parc Suites for about $80/night and decided to take a chance.
I would like to address most of the concerns point by point:
#1 Annoying check in. Unfortunately, we did find this to be the case. We avoided the front desk during our stay for fear of having to deal with this again. My advice is this, once you have received your room key, you will be directed to the concierge desk for your "welcome packet". Unless you still need to buy your park tickets, avoid this desk! They will try to talk you into a free breakfast at their new resort and a tour. Now, if this is your type of thing, by all means, go for it! My husband had 4 days leave, and we are already strapped for family time, so it was not for us. We like our privacy when on vacation.
#2 Cleanliness. We had no problems here. Our room didn't have the fancy granite or anything, but it was clean. The maids did a good job everyday keeping it clean. I also saw someone cleaning the pool everyday. One day we came back from the parks just as happy hour was ending and were disgusted to find vomit all over the stairs. My husband called the front desk and it was cleaned up immediately.
#3 Comfort. My husband and I had a one bedroom suite. It was ample. My children slept in the living room on the most comfortable sofa bed ever. I loved the duvets and pillows. My husband and I had a large bedroom with 2 double beds all to ourselves.
#4 Accessibility. I agree, the hotel could be hard to find if you are looking for the Royale Parc Suites. We almost drove past because the sign reads "Quality Suites". Fortunately, I saw the 7-11 the other reviewers mentioned, and we were fine. You have access to the 7-11 from the hotel parking lot, and we found ourselves using this often. With 2 little kids, we always seem to need something, and it was nice to just walk to the convenience store.
#5 Happy hour, I really can't say anything about this one. I wish the free drinks had been from 8-10 but I realize that's not really happy hour. We were never back from the parks early enough to take advantage.
#6 Breakfast. It is what it is. I'm health conscious and I had wheat toast, scrambled eggs and a lowfat yogurt every morning. Better grain breads, and more fresh fruit would have been nice, but you get what you pay for. My husband and kids were happy. They are much easier to please when it comes to food. I'm the snob, so I recognize it as my problem. The food was sufficient (and most importantly: included in the price!)
#7 Access to the parks. We took the shuttle to sea world the first day, and would have stayed later if we had drove. I've never been big on having to stick to someone else's schedule. That's why I don't take cruises. I also found it annoying that we drove right past Seaworld and dropped off at Universal studios first. But on the return trip, being picked up 2nd was to our advantage.
Driving to the Disney parks worked out best for us, and it was easy to get there, and easy to get back. We didn't know what to expect on a holiday weekend, but we never experienced parking problems or traffic. The shuttle times were difficult to make. The first was at 0730 (it was too difficult to get my kids up and fed and dressed by then. We were too tired from the night before). The 2nd was at 0945 which we felt was too late. We were usually ready to hit the road around 0830-0900.
For the most part we were satisfied with our stay. We have been all over the world and have stayed in 1-5 star hotels and I think we knew what to expect.
The room was decent, not fancy. The amenities were the same. The location was ugly, but convenient. We had a horrible view of the gas station from our bedroom window, but learned to appreciate that 7-11 by the time we left.
Once you are in the courtyard, you forget about the ugly location. The pool area was nice enough, but again, nothing fancy. There are tons of restaurants in the area, but we spent most of our time at the parks, so we never had a chance to check them out. I was excited to see Dunkin donuts and starbucks across the street, but the coffee in the hotel lobby was excellent, so I never needed to go anywhere else.
We were frustrated one night when we returned late and couldn't find a parking spot. We finally found overflow parking, and it sucked carrying two sleeping kids to the hotel from there, but we lived. It would be nice if they gave you a parking pass or numbered the spaces to correspond with the rooms to control how many parking spaces people are using. We had one car and shouldn't have needed to park in the overflow. We didn't bother complaining to the management though, and didn't have a problem again.
Another complaint was the lack of a DVD player in the living room. Again, we avoided the front desk, so we didn't complain. We just used our portable. Our location right across from the 3rd floor elevator was a little noisy at times, but not too bad. Just at about 11 pm when the pool closed, and then it was quite through the night. We only had neighbors on one side, and we never heard them.
I think we will try staying at a Disney resort next time for the convenience, but I would consider this hotel as a back up choice.
